Enjoy your morning coffee or late day cocktails on the deck and take advantage of the wonderfully serene views Reynolds is so well known for. The deck is the perfect place to unwind or use the gas grill for meals. The home has Dish Network, wi-fi and surround-sound speakers on both levels. Guests can tap into the Sonos sound system to enjoy their own music selections.

The main level great room offers a 75”HD tv, the den-study provides a 65” HD tv with French doors for privacy. The master suite is a welcoming retreat with a spa-like bathroom, walk-in closet and large bedroom with king bed and 55” HD tv. Another bedroom with 48" HD tv and private bath on the other side of the home provides direct access to the deck. All guest bedrooms are inviting, spacious and boast plush king beds with high quality linens and 48” HD tv’s.

The studio space above the 3-car garage is a wonderful multi-function room; with a full bathroom, two comfy full beds, as well as an easy, quick self-inflating queen mattress for use. There's a couch, chairs, flat screen tv, large table for small group meetings or gatherings and a stand up table for added work space. You'll find this room is a great place for an office set up - it's quiet and has a door for privacy too.

A floating staircase takes you to the terrace level for plenty of options; there’s ample space to hang out in the comfy pit-like furniture while watching movies on the 65” HD tv, play pool, ping-pong, table shuffleboard or use the glass game table for group fun! The downstairs game closet has board games, books and extra towels for the lake. You'll find three more spacious guest bedrooms on the lower level too.

Large glass sliders give outdoor access to the two bi-level stone patios and additional shaded under deck space. Relax in the Adirondack chairs while making s’mores in the large fire pit or simply make yourself at home on the outdoor furniture while enjoying the view and tall swaying trees.

As guests of our home, we can arrange golf at Reynolds numerous courses for you. Reynolds will charge you for their 'unaccompanied guest fee' to play. You're welcome to rent a boat, jet skis, canoe, or kayak and keep them conveniently tied to our dock for your use. Fishing off the dock is also a relaxing favorite of many. Lake Oconee is one of the prettiest lakes to explore; with hundreds of little coves and islands to check out and stunning homes to boat by. Reynolds is recognized as a world-class golf community with 7 golf courses, acres of sparkling lake Oconee shoreline and miles of beautiful walking trails that provide the happy opportunity to see deer running about. Bike rentals are also available in the area.

While here, you can take advantage of The Ritz-Carlton at Reynolds Lake Oconee, with restaurants, bars and an award-winning spa to pamper yourself or reward your employees. Dine at Amore (modern Italian), Gaby's at the Lake (casual fare) or the more formal, Linger Longer Steakhouse. The Ritz is a 3-minute boat ride from our dock.
