Cottage of 75 m2, in a quiet hamlet in western Aveyron, in the heart of Ségala. You will have an independent entrance and a private plot of 300 m2, fenced, shaded and equipped with garden furniture, a swing and a barbecue.

The accommodation can accommodate 5 or 6 people
2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140 cm each + plenty of storage space (possibility of adding 1 90 cm bed on request).

Logement très propre et fonctionnel.Pas de lave-vaisselle mais un lave-linge.Hôte très sympathique. Sa fille qui gère la réservation aussi.Moustiquaire aux fenêtres.Le style est un peu vieillot mais sincèrement le logement est vraiment bien.Idéal pour une famille jusqu’à 5.

La famille Balat est aux petits soins toutes générations confondues, et nos petits-enfants de 3 et 5 ans ont découvert la nature, les tracteurs et les animaux!

Gite spacieux pour une famille et très agréable - Hôtes adorables (nous avons beaucoup apprécié les légumes du jardin). Très bonnes vacances et malgré le temps pluvieux nous avons pu sortir et visiter tous les jours. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Location très bien située dans un écrin de verdure endroit très calme logement agréable. Son emplacement permet de nombreuses visites aux alentours nous avons été très bien reçus. À y retourner.

Pour ces quelques jours de vacances, nous souhaitions surtout du dépaysement et du repos ! Et c'est exactement ce que nous avons trouvé chez la famille Balat ! Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Bastien se rappellera longtemps des vaches, poules et lapins ! Merci aussi pour vos bons légumes. accueillies par des propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets, dans une région où tout est à découvrir,nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ! le logement est très confortable, bien équipé. l'espace extérieur ombragé, permet détente et repos ! le tout dans un endroit calme, et ensoleillé, vraiment très sympa ! on peut revenir ......!
