Nice and clean holiday apartment

We had very nice stay , furniture was outdated and not very clean fabric on the chairs, but all the rest was great , plenty of very news and clean towels, very quiet air conditioning. Easy check-in process.

Excellent stay Waikīkī

Great stay near the beach and restaurants. The condo was good. A beach umbrella would have been nice and a few more condiments. But overall was good.

Great location for 2 week stay

On 36th floor, beautiful mountain view! Parking pass for garage was great to have. Rooms were clean but dated. Can use some updates and we were charged a large restocking fee for just a few sample soaps and shampoo. Overall, very nice but bring your own suppies.

Great condo in a great location! Despite the older building, the condo was very clean. The location was amazing, close to everything with a great view. Highly recommend!

Great location

This condo is very comfortable and has all that you need - everything is thought of. We loved the balcony, especially the night time views. The location is great, being at the park end of the busy Waikiki stretch and everything was within walking distance, including the bus stops.

Great Location

The mountain views are spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. And a perfect location to Waikiki - a bit back so not as crowded, yet just 2 blocks to all the fun. :) We loved walking in the park or along the Ala Wai every morning and the farmers market just down the street was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

GREAT location.

This is a GREAT location and it was an enjoyable stay. However, when it is windy, since it's on the 36th floor, it is loud and hard to sleep. Otherwise, an EXCELLENT place and the bed is very comfy. The building is easy to get to and the parking is a GODSEND.

Location location location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the beach, but even better was how easily we could get to all other regions of the island. The parking space is fantastic if you rent a car to explore, which we did. My son loved the pool and I enjoyed my time on the balcony. We saved a lot of money by preparing many of our dinners in the kitchen.

Waikiki wonderful!

This was a great place to stay for the money in Waikiki. Very much as described in the listing. The furnishings were a bit outdated, but it was comfortable and within walking distance to so many things. The parking garage was easy and the staff was polite. Easy in and out for a week in paradise!

Gorgeous View

We had a lovely time at this condo! Walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Great communication with management. But the very best thing is that view, absolutely stunning! We'd happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to others!

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location however extremely noisy at night due to wind howling. Patio door does not seal adequately and ear plugs are required. Spacious room with full kitchen was nice. Two beach chairs and beach cooler was a lovely surprise.

Nice place

Great view. Easy beach access via short walk. Very clean place but dated sofa and carpet. Small hiccup of door code not working upon arrival but property manager was able to immediately find a work around. Parking was fantastic. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook.

Great location, spotless clean, easy access

The listing is 100% accurate. Unit was spotless. Location is amazing - couple of blocks to Waikiki, close to mainstays like Rainbow Drive-In and Leonards, easy access to highways. The unit has everything you could possibly need - beach chairs were an added bonus. Bed was big and comfortable. Wifi worked seamlessly and parking was a breeze. Management co. offered texts to ensure we were aware of rules & check-in/check out or anything happening in the building. Would definitely rent again without hesitation.

When the alarm went off in the Building I did not know what to do. Also the check out required everything be put in the room but I needed the pass to get my car out of parking. So I had to park go up and put the pass in then return to my car. I know these are minor and the only flaws to my time in paradise.

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was exactly as it appeared online. We’re not fancy people and don’t need fancy furniture or amenities. Location-wise it’s towards the end of the strip on Kalakaua Ave but also really close to Kapahulu Ave so everything was really convenient and walkable for us. The check-in process was convenient and easy. Literally, just pop up to your door, punch in your keycode. You don’t need to talk to the front desk or security. Parking was relatively easy and we always found a spot. The parking staff is really sweet, just know that occasionally there’ll be a wait to either get in or get out of the garage. And same for the elevators - during busy times you’ll be waiting a while for one to show up, and then once you’re on, you’ll be stopping on multiple floors to pick up more people. We also appreciated that there were cleaning supplies left for us to take care of minor things like wiping down our kitchen messes or sweeping up crumbs on the floor.

Loved the views

I had a great stay and had my son stay with me a few nights and security was on top of it; making sure he was registered. Parking was the biggest benefit; garage parking attendants were so nice. The high winds were a bit loud in the bedroom but I got use to it quickly and didn’t loose a moment of sleep. Having the full kitchen and amenities were very helpful for thanksgiving cooking. Only used the pool 1 time but was extremely convenient The fan in the bathroom is a bit loud for the first 5 minutes then is semi quiet. Having the laundry on the floor was convenient as well. The couch and chair cushions should be cleaned. 1 building emergency during my 30 day stay but did not directly impact parking or elevator use; security personnel managed the emergency well with the fire dept. Again I had a great time and loved your rental. Look for me next year for an even longer stay if possible.

FANTASTIC ACCOMODATIONS & LOCATION

We just returned home from two weeks at the Sunset. We were more than pleased with the accomodations, they were exactly as pictured! The condo was spotless, well maintained and had everything stocked that we needed. There are a couple of boogie boards, umbrella, soft sided cooler and two beach chairs in the unit. Laundry facilities are at the end of the hallway, $1.50 per load. Garbage chute is located across from laundry room. The view from the 36th floor is breathtaking and even more beautiful at night! Mountain view is more stunning than the ocean view, definitely paradise! The property manager, Christian, was fantastic to communicate with. Everytime I emailed him with a question, he immediately responded and accomodated us. Christian was honestly amazing and made our stay stress free. Location is perfect, as you're only two blocks from the beach and the hub of Waikiki, yet you're back a ways from the noise. Food Pantry is only about an 8 minute walk, prices are good and has everything you need. Internet and parking is included, which is a bonus. We rented a vehicle, it was nice to have a spot to park in and not have to worry about street parking and additional cost. All local phone calls are free. The staff we encountered at the Sunset were all amazing and very friendly! There honestly is nothing we can complain about. You won't be disappointed if you book this unit, we will definitely be returning!

Spectacular views, 2blocks from beach, minutes from Food & Shopping

This place was pictured spot on! True to description. Located 2 blocks from the zoo & beach. Parking is provided in the garage connected to the building. However if you’re driving, upon check in there’s no street parking for you to go get it. We went into the garage & took the ticket. Hang onto to it and just bring it with you along with the parking pass every time you enter/exit the garage. Front desk staff is very kind/friendly but if you have any questions call the contact # for this property directly. I had a question & they answered/addressed it promptly. The views are SPECTACULAR! From the room is Koko Head. From the pool on the 6th floor is the same plus Diamond Head to the right. The living space is roomy, clean, well furnished but dated. The bed is ultra comfy, the fold out not so much, but was fine for my kids. Bathroom is clean w/basic amenities, cute decor. They provide you with beach towels, mats, 2 beach chairs! It’s a seven minute walk to International Marketplace. One block to the nearest ABC store. They have washer/dryer, trash chute at the end of the hall on your floor. Minimart is on the 5th floor. There’s 3 elevators that didn’t take us long at all, but also we noticed as we checked out more people were coming in & the elevators had a wait. Guess it depends on foot traffic when you stay. Overall we would stay here again!

Waikiki Sunset

This place has a great location with easy walk to the Waikiki beaches. I’ve stayed over the last decade, in many Waikiki condos, and for the price , you get the best view, a good bed and a good single air bed. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. The furniture and carpet are well used but comfortable. We BBQ every night using a new Weber BBQ which is next to the pool. There are picnic tables and a fantastic view of Diamond Head. A wonderful place to dine. I’m going to rent this condo on my next Waikiki visit!

Nice stay but all was not perfect.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice views of the golf course and mountains. Fantastic to have parking included. Very difficult to work out how the TV works (no instructions except by making a telephone call). And the biggest question of all: why doesn't the air conditioner work during the night??? Excellent customer service was provided by Christian, thank you.
