This condo is located on the 16th floor of the Ilikai Hotel. Look no further, you've found PARADISE! Recently updated with all new furniture, this unit is well maintained, reasonably priced and conveniently located in Waikiki. Offering 500 sq ft of living space and a huge lanai of 120 sq ft, the condo can accommodate 4 people, with a comfortable king bed and queen-sized sofa sleeper. There is an accordion sliding divider between the living area and bedroom for added privacy. This condo offers the comforts and conveniences of home.

We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Fitness center access is available for a fee.

Easy Stay

Illikai provided a central location for everything I planned to do. It was outside of Waikiki making getting around easier and the convenience and safety of valet parking was invaluable.

Perfect condo for a short stay. The sofa sleeper was awful. Decided to go to Walmart to get a blow up mattress. Location was perfect. Staff extremely helpful.

Clean condo and exactly as pictured.

The condo is very clean and the location is very convenient to everything and restaurants. The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Except for the traffic noise and motorcycles rumbling often, we totally enjoyed staying there. Thank you very much for the nice condo.

Nice studio apartment. Bed was good, but mattress on sleeper sofa was not. Short walk from nice ocean beach. Pool but no hot tub.

Great location

Great location, beautiful views of city, close distance to beach, ac works well. Place exactly as shown in pictures. Bed comfy but needs firmer pillows. On-site valet, does get costly after a few days, cheaper parking right across the side street. Everything is there that you need or within a short walk/drive. This location is the best! I wouldn’t stay in the middle of Waikiki and deal with all the chaos, stay here and you’ll enjoy it. Thumbs up!

Our Paradise Headquarters

The property was a wonderful place for us find rest and relaxation after a day of activity. The hotel has all the charm you need to make your vacation memorable. Because of COVID-19, elevators can be challenging. However, there are other service elevators at your disposal. The Bathers Elevator and the elevators by the trash and recycling room. The workers are friendly and use their valet service for convenience. Much mahalo for a great time!!! PS: Dave’s ice cream is a must!!!

Cali-snow vacay

We decided to go to Hawaii on a whim because we found a concert there of one of my friends hometown artist. We looked on VRBO found this spot and voila. Close to everything. Room was very clean. The bed maybe needs to be replaced. Everything worked, view was great terrace was wonderful only 1 bird bothered us. Lol . We would definitely stay there again. Only downside which had nothing to do with Kelli was., no tub.

Good for 2-3 people

The overall stay was nice and would stay again. We had an issue with the garbage disposal that was fixed within 3 days and there was a leak in the refrigerator water line that was causing damage to the hallway that was fixed as well. Communication during these issues wasn’t great since this happened over a weekend but other than that it was timely. The kitchen has most of the items you will need to cook with but it does not have a can opener or a bottle opener. For the cheapest parking, use the outside paid parking spots that are $1/hour. Easy to get to from the ramp at the hotel to the beach.

Wonderful 2 weeks at the Ilikai

The condo was exactly as posted - very comfortable with lots of room, even on rainy days. The king size bed was a real treat. We made/ate most of our meals at the condo when we were "home". The kitchen had everything we needed for easy meals. We sat on the lanai for all our meals. Watching the mist rise from the mountains was devine. The lanai was moderately noisy during the day with honolulu traffic but once you closed the doors it was quiet. We slept peacefully every night thanks in part to the AC and great blackout curtains that cover the lanai doors/windows. The breeze during the day was delightful, we didn't even need the AC. The property management company could not have been more helpful. We greatly appreciated the prompt response to our requests. The location is great!!! Pools, beach, weekly entertainment, beautiful well cared for common areas. We will be back!!!

Nice stay at well located property

Overall I found the property consistent with the listing. It was well maintained and the property manager was responsive to a small issue we had. The location was very good and walking distance to Ala Moana mall, Waikiki, and the marina. Couple of small nits: 1). A garbage can for the kitchen would have been useful. 2). The balcony was large and well equipped with a table and four cars. It is also home to a pair of pigeons (who were very nice) but there was the expected mess in places. Overall would highly consider staying here again.

Great location

Walking distance to beaches, Waikiki and Ala Moana Mall, but not in the middle of all the craziness. A shout out to the Valet staff. Very helpful and welcoming.
