Zierow ist ein Ort direkt am Meer und unsere Kinder haben den Spielplatz am Strand ebenso geliebt wie die Hunde den Hundestrand. Das Haus war in Ordnung. Wir haben keine hohen Ansprüche und konnten gemeinsam kochen und alle gut schlafen. Trotzdem könnten die Wohnungen ein wenig liebevoller eingerichtet sein und einige Ecken renoviert werden. Auch ist es in den Wohnungen A und B sehr hellhörig (mit Kindern). Eine Woche „Digital Detox“ war ok, aber WLAN sollte im 21. Jahrhundert Standard sein. Das Team vom Concierge-Service Wismar war total nett und hilfsbereit, als uns der Strom ausging. (Danke euch!)

Das Haus ist komplett ohne Liebe eingerichtet. Tische kaputt, Stühle wackeln. Steh Lampen fallen auseinander. Radio funktioniert nicht. Matratzen sind duechgelegen. Im Sanitär Bereich befindet sich überall Schimmel. Einen Geschirrspüler findet man hier auch nicht. Hygiene findet hier gar nicht statt. Das Geschirr und Besteck war fettig und musste nochmal abgewaschen werden. An den Backblechen wuchs Schimmel. Am liebsten einmal das Gesundheitsamt einschalten. Also Fazit, wir kommen nicht wieder...

Das Haus mit seinen 3 Wohnungen ist in einem nicht mehr so tollen Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach. Die Matratzen sind eigentlich nur für Kinder geeignet, so dünn sind die. Die Spühlungen der Toiletten klemmen regelmäßig. Die Stühle sind ohne Polsterung. Die TV,s sind sehr klein. Die Fernbedienungen funktionieren teilweise nicht. Die Duschkabinen in der A sind schimmelig. Der Garten ist lieblos, der Busch überwuchert Teile der Terrasse. Überall liegt etwas Müll. In der Stehlampe ist eine falsche Glühbirne. Der Ofen hat ein defektes Thermostat in der B. Häufig sind Ameisen in den Wohnungen. Die Kaffeemaschinen waren alle dreckig, im Wasserbehälter war Kaffeesatz. Der Heizkörper in einem Schlafzimmer rauscht obwohl er geschlossen ist. An einigen Stellen ist es sehr dreckig.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Man gelangt in wenigen Gehminuten den Strand. Leider ist dort ein sehr schlechter Handyempfang ,daher wäre ein WLAN angebracht. Das Haus und der Garten bräuchten mal ein Update,ansonsten haben wir uns gut erholt.

Schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas spartanisch, bei dem günstigen Preis war es allerdings zu erwarten. Es gibt kein WLAN und das Haus liegt in einem der blinden Flecken Deutschlands, was den Handyempfang anbelangt. Das Haus begünstigt also einen Digital Detox. Es gibt keine Spül- oder Waschmaschine und auch keinen Staubsauger.War wie ein Retrourlaub mit meinen Eltern in den 80zigern 😂😂. Mussten per Hand spülen und fegen. Damals wär es ein 5 Sterne Haus gewesen. Es hat uns wirklich gefallen, da sauber und geräumig. Zum Strand war es ein Fussmarsch von 10 Minuten. Der "Check in" war völlig problemlos und die Agentur hat sich zeitnah gemeldet, wenn etwas war. Auch wenn es ein paar Abstriche gab, haben wir uns wohl gegühlt und viel Spass gehabt (lesen, Gesellschaftsspiele ... halt so wie früher). Sind bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dagewesen.

Vi havde en dejlig familiegensyn på det Simplistiske Feriehus i Zierow! Husets rummelighed var perfekt til vores gruppe på 17, Børnene elskede at løbe rundt i den indhegnede have, mens de voksne nød grillfester på terrassen, Beliggenheden var ideel også - kun en kort gåtur til Zierow Strand og nogle gode restauranter i nærheden, Kunne ikke have ønsket mig et bedre sted at slappe af og genforene!

Tolles Objekt, leider billigste und ohne Liebe eingerichtet

Die Lage ist superschön. Die Aufteilung der einzelnen Wohnungen ist auch toll gelöst und die Anzahl der Badezimmer ist top. Wir hatten Probleme mit den Gartenstühlen, aber der Hausmeisterservice hat promt und schnell (auch auf Emails) reagiert. Leider waren die Möbel und das Geschirr zusammen gesucht, billig und teilweise defekt. In einer Dusche war an den Trennwänden unten Schimmel. Zudem waren die Lüfter im Bad extrem laut, sodass die Gäste teilweise aufgewacht sind, wenn Nachts die Toilette aufgesucht wurde. Außerdem gibt es zwischen dem Aufenthalts-/Küchenraum keine Tür, so dass in den Schlafzimmern keine Ruhe war, wenn sich Andere noch unterhalten haben. Tolles Objekt, aber leider lieblos eingerichtet und nur auf Profit ausgerichtet.
