With 350 m² of living space and 5 bathrooms, this exclusive property can accommodate up to seven guests in generously sized bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and the other with twin beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m), complemented by a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, all with double beds, as well as three stylish bathrooms—two with showers and one with a bathtub, shower, and bidet.<br><br>For added comfort, you can book the attic, which features an additional bedroom and its own shower room. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large living/dining room with exclusive furnishings, a fireplace, and a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. In addition, various quiet retreats such as the library and the sunroom are at your disposal.<br><br>The ideal occupancy is 10 people, in which case you can use 6 bedrooms and have plenty of space. The price is based on this standard occupancy. In exceptional cases, the house can accommodate up to 14 people, in which case an additional bedroom in the attic is available for an extra charge. Please note that children are counted as full-fledged guests.<br>The high-quality STRAUBINI kitchen adjoins the dining table, which seats up to 14 people, and offers everything you need for your culinary adventures. A security deposit must be paid to the landlord’s designated account prior to arrival and will be refunded after departure.<br><br>All utility costs and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A grill is available on the terrace for cosy evenings outdoors.
