Moving to Costa Rica was the best decision of my life! I spent the last 25 years as an International Tech Executive traveling throughout the US and Asia. It was very exciting and is something I very much enjoyed. Then........7 years ago I made the decision to dramatically change my life and boy am I glad I did! Costa Rica is an amazing place and I look forward to meeting you so I can share some of my experiences with you!
Why they chose this property
When I arrived in Costa Rica in 2016 I had two things in mind.......privacy and oceanfront....and here we are !! "Living the Life" on a beautiful very private beach....just 20 steps from the house.....could life get any better !
What makes this property unique
What makes the property unique.....just one word "BEACHFRONT"
One of the great things about Dominical is that it is still a lazy beach town. Prices for meals ($8 - $14 an entree) and services are typically reasonable and the best part is most services and activities do not require reservations and can be enjoyed by everyone. We also have a much bigger town "Uvita" just 15 minutes to the South (with over 45 restaurants, (3) Banks, (2) LARGE full-service grocery stores, and many additional activities) which offers pretty much anything you need at a reasonable price.
