Modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the Pollentia Mar development, located behind the Hotel Sis Pins/ Cappuccino cafe and just 50m to the famous Pine Walk and beach. Ideal for an early morning swim, a meander up the Pine Walk, or a nightcap at the Cappuccino Cafe.
Being close to the Port's great choice of excellent restaurants and a short distance to the square and marina, there is NO need for taxis in the evening. The bus station is a 5 minute walk if you want to explore more of the island.
This light and airy 3rd floor apartment, with balcony offering views over the bay and full lift access, is situated in a private development and benefits from a quiet outlook over the communal garden with shared pool.
The apartment benefits from full air-conditioning and heating in all rooms making it ideal for use at any time of the year. There is FREE WIFI available throughout the apartment.
The accommodation consists of one double room with super king sized bed and ensuite with newly refurbished walk in shower and one twin bedroom with separate bathroom with shower, ideal for families or couples sharing. Both bedrooms and are fitted with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and all house linen and beach towels are provided at no extra cost.
The main living area has full height windows providing plenty of light and great views. It has a comfortable L shaped sofa and satellite TV with English TV and freeview channels, as well as a Blue tooth Music speaker. In the dining area there is a dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with hob and cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and iron and ironing board and fully equipped for a self catered holiday. The kitchen leads onto the balcony where you can relax to enjoy the beautiful view. A washing machine is located in the bathroom.
The whole community benefits from secure doors to the street as well as additional locks for each of the apartment blocks making the apartment very secure.
We have space in the underground garage for the storage of bikes or beach items and provide sun beds for you to use by the pool or on the beach. There is plenty of free on street parking around the apartments.

Very nice apartment and very central in location but in a quiet area, perfect for us. It is exactly as described. The hosts explain and cover everything before you arrive. We would definitely stay again.

Within close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants, all walkable. The apartment is situated in a gated secure location, beautifully appointed with luxury linens. Added bonus, beach chairs. Would definitely recommend and go back.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay.
The location was perfect very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
The hosts communicated regularly prior to our stay and provided us with very useful information.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It's in a great location, very close to the beach and great restaurants/bars. We found the street parking very easy in December. The apartment is very secure and we would definitley stay again.

Caroline was really helpful and very prompt replying to all our questions. The apartment was as described on the website, clean and well equipped. The location was great for access to all the restaurants and also the Pine Walk.
There is on street parking around the apartment location although not always as close as we might have liked.
Overall an excellent apartment.

From start to finish this has been one of the best holidays we have had - much of this is due to the hosts attention to detail, both at the apartment and in their communication.
The apartment is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the beach, with an abundance of great restaurants within walking distance if you don’t fancy cooking.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need, is bright, clean and has the added bonus of sea views from the balcony.
Highly recommended for a relaxed holiday in Puerto Pollenca.

Everything about the property was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Air con was a god send and very quiet. 5 mins walk to a great beach and amentities. Very secure, no fear of leaving valuables around. Contact with Caroline was perfect, emailed or phoned back within 24 hours. Couldn't fault it one bit. Definitely be back!!!

Ideal location as we did not want to hire a car, everything was easily accessible - shops, restaurants, buses. And it was quiet, which is paramount to us. Property was very spacious for 2 (although kitchen is small, but well equipped). Bed was enormous and extremely comfortable, air con efficient. Shower was powerful and having a small washing machine was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay. Can't think of anything important that could be improved, although it would have been nice to have a second set of keys,so that we could have split our activities - swimming/shopping?

Beautiful Apartment in a prime location in Port de Polensa. It is very secure and has a lovely pool area to relax during your stay. Communication from the hosts was excellent from start to finish. Its beside the Pine Walk and promenade which is great for walking. Some lovely Authentic Mallorcan restaurants in close proximity. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Based in Sheffield, UK we first visited the Port in 1998 and fell in love with the resort. Since then we have regularly visited as a family staying in different parts of the Port until buying our new build apartment in 2008. We and our grown up children use the apartment as often as we can and it provides us with a great place to relax away from busy lives.
Why they chose this property
Our decision to buy the apartment was easy as soon as we saw the views over the bay to Fortalesa and La Victoire. It is in what we think is an ideal central location, giving easy access to the beach, Pine Walk, restaurants, the square, marina, shops and transport links, so limiting the use of taxis.
What makes this property unique
The location is perfect as it is just a short stroll to the beach so ideal for an early morning swim or visit to the beach in the afternoon without having to load up a car with all your beach items.
Whether you want to enjoy the excellent restaurants along the Pine Walk or in the Square they are all close by so you will have plenty to choose from with no need for a car or taxi.
Should you want to explore the rest of the island the bus station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment where you can get buses to all parts of the island including Palma.
