Located on the second floor of a small building of just 6 apartments, No 6 has a superb location, just a 3 minute walk form the beautiful beach of Puerto Pollensa. From the entrance hall you turn right into the open plan living/dining/kitchen, totally remodeled to provide a light filled spacious area flooded with light from the patio doors that give access to the outdoor terrace. There is a large sofa and a smart TV which has satellite channels for the UK and Europe. DVD player and a selection of books and games. There's even a log burner for cooler evenings if you visit out of the main season. Air conditioning with cold/warm settings. The dining table and 4 chairs enable indoor dining, but the outside terrace is where you will eat most of your meals, enjoying the views across the pine trees to the hills.Here there is a large dining table and space for loungers too. Back inside, there are another set of patio doors that lead to the kitchen, via the utility room, which contains the washing machine, ironing board etc. Once in the main kitchen area there is plenty of space to cook anything from a simple breakfast to a 3 course banquet if you so desire. There is a large fridge/freezer, an induction hob, oven, extractor chimney and microwave. Lots of marble worktops to spread out onto aswell! Back into the hall and you will find the 2 bedrooms and main bathroom leading off this area. The twin bedded room has 2 x 3' beds with pocket sprung mattresses. Bedsides and a large wardrobe complete the furniture in this room, with views to the Formentor hills. Air conditioning with cold/warm settings. The main shower room is next to the twin room and has a huge walk in enclosure with rainfall shower, sink and WC. The master bedroom completes the layout. The kingsize pocket sprung bed sits centrally in the room with a dressing table and bedside unit. There is a large built in wardrobe which contains the safe too. Air conditioning with cold/warm settings. The en-suite shower room contains a rainfall shower, sink unit and WC. and completes this master bedroom.
With WIFI throughout, teenagers and adults alike will never be out of touch ( even if it's only sharing your photo's with family back home.)
No 6 has been lovingly designed and fitted to be a real home from home, with everything you require for a perfect holiday. We are sure you will love spending your holidays here......as much as we do.
Situated in the quiet residential area of Pinaret, a 3 minute walk away to the beautiful sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, our apartment is perfectly placed to enjoy the many delights of this beautiful part of Mallorca. Whether you prefer the beach or an energetic bike ride, there is plenty to do whatever time of year you choose to visit. There are numerous excellent restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk of the apartment if you want to eat out and several supermarkets in the same area if you prefer to eat in. There is plenty of parking right outside the property so no worries on where to park your hire car if you have one, alternatively use the excellent public transport system to get you from the airport and out and about while you are on holiday.

Absolutely perfect in every way! The appartment is situated in a nice quiet residential area of the port, only a few minutes walk from the beach and about 10 minutes from the main square. The appartment has a nice homely feel and we immediately felt relaxed as soon as we opened the door. There were also a couple of beach chairs/beds and parasols available that we used most days, this saved the expense of hiring beds on the beach! There is plenty of parking available on the street and also a car park at the back of the appartment. Overall we had a really relaxing holiday and we hope to stay here again.
We have just returned from a 10 night stay in this beautiful apartment.We found it spotlessly clean but also very homely with everything you could wish for from a self catering holiday.The location is excellent, very short stroll to the beach, restaurants and marina.The apartment was very quiet with excellent parking.We hope to return next year.

Great property, very clean and very modern in style. A lot of thought into overall decor and needs.
4 of us stayed there September 2018, quite central for beach, restaurants etc. Would definitively recommend and hope to return next year. The facilities are of a very high standard and the owner has been a pleasure to deal with. Always responded very promptly to any queries we had prior to holiday.

Spent a great 10 days in Richard’s appt. The location was quiet and only a very short walk from the beach. The appt its self is recently renovated and is spotless and very well equipped. We would certainly be happy to go again.
A really nice property situated in a quiet residential area just 3-4 minutes walk from beach, restaurants & resort centre. We found the apartment exactly as described in the property overview; it was clean with modern bathrooms & kitchen and a great terrace. Communication with the owner, Richard, was good.
We really enjoyed our week here & would definitely return.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s a short stroll to the beach and just a few minutes more into the resort centre. Communication with the owner is excellent ( we had a slight problem with the tv which was sorted out immediately) both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and modern.
Good location. Lovely, clean property. Satellite reception not great. Only real negative was only one large and small towel per person. Would have been nice for a spare towel while washing other. Would book again.

Unfortunately as is the case with all satellite reception, it relies heavily on weather conditions and this can be affected by wind, rain and even excessive heat so sorry if you were subject to this.
It is standard practise to supply one of each towel to each guest and there should be a complete mid stay towel and linen change on longer stays.
I will pass your comments to the housekeepers though.

Could not be better, will certainly try and book this property again when we return, which is very likely. Puerto Pollensa is one of our favorite destinations, but we haven't been back in many years. This was certainly a welcome return, and the property had a lot to do with our experience. The apartment was more than big and comfortable enough for three adults, and perfectly situated at the top of a quiet street, but still only a five minute walk to the beach and the first of the many great restaurants along the front. Highly recommended.

Lovely family apartment
This is a lovely, modern apartment. It is spotless, and very well air conditioned. The location is a quiet residential area with good parking and access to the main roads out of town but just a few minutes walk to beach, shops and a good selection of restaurants.
Provided that children are old enough to negotiate the two flights of tiled stairs it is an excellent choice for a family of four.
The owners were prompt and helpful with all their responses.

Located in a leafy, quiet part of Porto Pollenca but 3 mins to the beach, 7 mins to the Ersoski Supermarket (go in the morning - the fresh stuff is better then than in the afternoon) and a 10 mins stroll along the promenade (carless after 2.30pm) into the centre with a full range of shops, restaurants, this apartments is in a great location. The area is made up of small blocks of apartments (max three story blocks) and free parking on the road in the shade is plentiful.
Light, airy and quiet apartment with a large, south facing, outdoor space.
Very well equipped kitchen allowing full meal preparation as well as just snacks. Some of the crockery and pots and pans did need a wash before they could be used, but not a big issue.
Good communications with Richard and his team in Pollenca, led by Nikki, who were very responsive. We had an issue with the Aircon and phoned Nikki at 9.15am. By 9.45am one of the team were at the apartment trying to fix the issue and when they couldn't, they arranged for the aircon engineers to attend, who were there by 4pm and fixed it in 30 mins.
Just two of us but it would not be a problem to accommodate four.

Excellent 2nd floor apartment
It is difficult to add to all the positive comments which have been made previously about this apartment but I will try. The description , photos and schedule of facilities on the HomeAway web site are all accurate. The apartment is clean & well furnished / equipped for a family of four. Pinaret is a predominantly residential area and it is a five minute walk to the nearby nature reserve and excellent beach including the sail & surf watersports activity centre (great for our two children). It is slightly further (circa 10 -15 minutes) to the majority of shops & restaurants located around the marina /town square area. Towards the end of our week long stay we also found a supermarket within walking distance.
As this was the first time we had booked accommodation via HomeAway we were slightly nervous, but the owners could not have been more helpful from beginning to end. It was also our first visit to Mallorca so we had numerous questions but these were all answered fully & promptly. Ten out ten for customer service.
I think the only suggestions we could make to improve the experience would be to perhaps provide more towels and a few more basic cleaning/washing up products.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to family & friends and would definitely like to return at some stage in the future.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT, PERFECT LOCATION
Just as I expected an excellent property. Knowing the owners as I do I didn't expect anything less going on their other properties in Carbis Bay and Newlyn in the UK. This is a totally different feel apartment, ultra modern, clean lines, perfect. It had everything you could want and more besides, even down to the sandwich boxes, cool bag and chairs for the beach , which incidentally can be seen as soon as you walk of the apartment. The location is excellent, so easy for the beach and also for the shops and restaurants but in a nice quiet residential area with easy parking right outside. We arrived around 10pm so it was dark, there's a light switch outside to the right hand side of the entrance opposite the key safe and similar once you're in to light up the staircase. There's and information file under the TV which we added to and would certainly recommend Caves of Drach, Soller, Andrax and a little unknown place called Al Canada between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa which was so tranquil and serene we sat for ages just watching the cormorants on the jetty. We ate wherever we were so all over the island but in Puerto Pollensa we favoured the Tiberi restaurant as the female waitress there spoke good english and recommended a wine we really enjoyed and knew exactly what everything was on the menu - try the Padron peppers they're a treat! I would certainly recommend this apartment without question, just consider the 2 flights of stairs and I hope this is the first of many visits.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig.
Tolle Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in absoluter Nähe zum Strand. Parken vor der Haustür kein Problem. Wir waren überrascht, dass es keine Spülmaschine gab. Die Wohnung, Zimmer, Bäder, Balkon und Ausstattung gut. Wir hätten uns für 2 Woche mehr Handtücher gewünscht, auch für den Strand. Eine Entkalkung der Kaffeemaschine sollte unbedingt stattfinden, Durchlaufdauer aktuell 45 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Die Ferienwohnung entspricht exakt den Abbildungen. Wir schließen uns den positiven Bewertungen an. Ruhige Lage, fußläufig (ca. 5 Min.) zum Strand. Sehr bequeme Betten, angenehme Klimaanlage, schöner, großzügiger, überdachter Balkon. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir haben uns für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige „Knackpunkt“ für uns lag in der der nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Diese soll aber direkt nach unserem Auszug komplett erneuert werden.
Der Vermieter wahr hierbei sehr hilfreich und bot uns eine mobile AC Anlage an die wir dann aber durch den Einsatz von Ventilatoren und kühleren Nachttemperaturen doch nicht benötigten. Hierzu kam noch eine Teilrückerstattung des Mietpreises so dass jeder zufrieden war.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We are an English family living in Cornwall UK. For the past 16 years we have owned and run a guest house in St.Ives in Cornwall and we also have a self catering cottage in Newlyn, Near Penzance also in Cornwall. We are no strangers to looking after people on their holidays and feel we know what people like, and need, when they are away from home. Originally from Sheffield in South Yorkshire UK,we moved to the coast when our daughters were small for a better quality of life, which we definitely have.
Why they chose this property
We have owned No 6 since January 2015 and spent the time since then planning and choosing everything from floor tiles to teaspoons. A bit of a labour of love, we have wanted to own a property in Mallorca for a long time, particularly in this area, as it is so beautiful. There is so much to see, not only in the area around Puerto Pollensa, but generally in Mallorca. The inland areas are totally unspoilt and a joy to discover while the coastal resorts offer everything to please all ages. Our apartment enjoys a quiet location but is close enough to all that the port has to offer, that's why we love it and that's why we bought it. We hope you love it too!
What makes this property unique
The building is of a slightly Art Deco style although built in the 1980's and consist's of only 6 apartments. The ground floor is lived in permanently by it's Spanish owners, while the other 4 properties belong to English and German owners. The top floor apartments, of which one is ours, enjoy elevated views across to the hills and have the added benefit of cooling breezes in the summer, when it can get very warm. The outside terrace is spacious with room for dining and relaxing on the loungers.
