Casa Oleandra is located 5 min. walk from the town center and the Rena Bianca beach in a small residential complex of white terraced houses but at the same time it is located in an isolated and peaceful urban environment that borders the Forest Park of "La Cuntessa".
Composition: open kitchen, sofa bed, double bedroom, TV, large veranda, small garden, barbecue, independent entrance.
Small pets allowed.
It is possible to go on foot to the Rena Bianca beach but also to take walks in the park and get to the Capotesta peninsula or stop in the countless coves that are located along the route.
Ideal for a holiday during the summer months but pleasant to live all year round, for travelers who want to get to know the area outside the crowded and chaotic summer circuits.
You will discover a green, flowery and fragrant Sardinia. The whole area is very suitable for those with small children.
