New apartment in residence elegant, exclusive, composed of large master bedroom, living room with sofa bed, large bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, washing machine. Furnished new end of 2011 with all the comforts: LED TV 32 ', satellite TV, DVD in the living room / kitchen, TV in the master bedroom, INTERNET WI-FI. Kitchen equipped with all amenities: fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave,
blender, toaster, juicer, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, washing machine, Phoon, drying room. It is located on the ground floor has a large covered terrace where you can eat out, available sofa, table and chairs; also there is a small garden in both incoming and sleeping area. The apartment is located in front of the two pools for children, but the residence there is also a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi area. A few steps away is a large supermarket, bars and ample parking

Well equipped apartment

Nice apartment with well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Very close to 2 supermarkets. Beautiful swimming pool in front of the house. Some misunderstanding about where to meet for the check in but that was quickly solved. Wifi and roaming only worked well in the early morning and late evening so be prepared for an offline holiday which wasn't a big problem for us.Location was perfect, no noise from traffic but close to the main roads and not far from the center.Easy contact with the owner by WhatsApp.

Die Einrichtung und das Appartement waren prima. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war auch gut. Ausstattung etc. war alles auch gutEinzig die Beschreibung von FeWo direkt war schlecht. In der Anzeige steht, dass der Pool beheizt ist. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall und war auch noch nie so. FeWo direkt will die Schuld auf den Gastgeber schieben und behauptet die Anzeigen vorher nicht zu kontrollieren - wozu gibt es dann FeWo direkt?Wäre alles sicher nicht so schlimm wenn dies im Sommer wäre, aber Anfang Oktober war die einer der wichtigsten Buchungsgründe.Mit freundlichen GrüßenMichael Ichters

Super Wohnung in super Lage

Wir hatten als Familie einen Super Urlaub. Für uns hat alles super gepasst und die Wohnung inkl. Balkon und der Lage zum Pool sind der große Vorteil. Unser Vermieter Luca war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Einfach toller Urlaub mit traumhaften Stränden in der Nähe (Auto ist notwendig).

Nettes Appartement

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Appartement ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der große Pool ist toll. Aber es gibt einige Poolregeln, diese hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst, leider stand es nicht in der Beschreibung. Poolzeiten sind von 8:30-13:30 und 15:30-23h. Ballspielen ist verboten (auch außerhalb des Pools), wird aber auf kurzer Distanz geduldet. Keine Luftmatratzen und Schwimmtiere erlaubt, reinspringen ist ebenfalls nicht erlaubt. Für Familien mit Kindern ist dies sicher eine wichtige Information. Es ist super, dass direkt zwei Supermärkte nebenan sind. Man läuft ca.20 Minuten in den Ort, der sehr schön ist und einen tollen Strand hat (muss man im Sommer reservieren). Luca ist immer erreichbar und antwortet sehr zeitnah.

Prachtig verblijf. Groot appartement all in. 2 tm 5 persoon appartement, grote keuken, vaatwasser, magnetron, oven, wasmachine, 1 slaapkamer en 2 slaapbanken, groot terras aan het zwembad, 2 grote supermarkten op 100 meter. Echt een aanrader!!! Stadje op loopafstand. Leuke markt. En strand op 10 min. ( wel strandmatjes kopen!!)

Appartamento ben accessoriato e arredato, pulito e accesso diretto a giardinetto e piscina. Manutenzione del complesso residenziale e luoghi in comune perfetta e attenta. Spiaggia raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto e centro paese raggiungibile con una passeggiata. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo ed accorto alle nlstre esigenze, avendo una bimba di 10 mesi. All we needed for a comfortable week

There was good communication in advance which is always helpful. The apartment was true to the photos. It is a 15 minute walk along the road straight into the heart of lovely Sta Teresa di Gallura centre. The apartment complex has two pools which we did not use as the rules state you must wear a swimming hat and we had not brought any. We were out in the car each day anyway so it did not matter for us. The Dettori supermarket on the left side of the apartment complex is excellent for self catering. It is open Sundays too which surprised us. The apartment had a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a kitchen with basic equipment. There was one large and one small towel each for the 7 days. I would recommend to take from home a veg peeler, a good knife, a kitchen sink plug, some j cloths, washing machine powder and some tea towels. I also bought a cheese grater and left it for the next person. The complex gets busy with noisy families in afternoons and evenings but night times were quiet. Be aware that it is often very, very, windy in this town in August and September. We found one sheltered beach at Capo Testa but otherwise expect a lot of wind, waves and people. St Teresa di G was a delightful town with a perfect piazza and lots of character. We had a very nice week overall and would recomend this property and gracie mille to Monica.

Zona residenziale gradevole con 3 piscine di cui due grandi e una piccola per I bambini, collocata vicino alla strada provinciale, con parcheggio libero davanti al complesso e due supermercati, uno a 30 metri e l'altro a 100 metri di distanza. Il centro di S.Teresa di Gallura è distante 1.5 km circa , la strada è molto trafficata, conviene andare a piedi per visitare il centro storico, Nei dintorni, svariate cale con spiagge graziose, ad agosto però molto affollate, con difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. E' strettamente legato alla dotazione di ciascun appartamento, lo so, ma la mancanza di internet e alcune volte anche del segnale telefonico è molto fastidiosa. Aprezzabile la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti e la presenza del condizionamento. Relativamente vicino al porto di Olbia e Golfo Aranci (65 km circa) per lo spostamento in traghetto e da Pallau (24 km) per visitare I'Arcipelago della Maddalena. Consigliabile, da verificare con la proprietà la dotazione complessiva dell'appartamento.

Vacanza relax e confort nella caraibica Sardegna

L appartamento e' ideale, moderno e funzionale con tutti i confort completo di tutto. Il Condominio molto curato, piscine e prati ben tenuti tutto pulitissimo. Il supermercato di fianco al residence e' comodissimo e ha tutto. La padrona di casa gentilissima ci ha dato tutte le informazioni anche x visitare la zona. Auto consigliata per visitare a pochi km le bellissime spiagge. S Teresa la sera offre molti bei locali ed eventi x intrattenere i turisti. Torneremo sicuramente.

vacanze SUPER!!

Quest' anno per le nostre vacanze estive abbiamo deciso di visitare per la prima volta il Nord Sardegna. Abbiamo trascorso 2 meravigliose settimane a Santa Teresa Gallura, in un appartamento molto carino all 'interno di un residence elegante con 3 piscine. La casa é molto moderna con tutti i confort, ben tenuta e pulita, noi abbiamo soggiornato nel bilocale situato a piano terra con terrazza molto ampia. L esterno del Residence si presenta molto curato e rilassante con piscine e aeree verdi.. Il residence è a due passi dal centro del paese che di sera si anima con bancarelle tipiche sarde e spettacoli di vario genere.. A fianco del residence ci sono 2 supermercati aperti tutto il giorno, .molto comodi e grandi . LE spiagge della zona sono una più bella dell' altra a pochi minuti di auto; da Palau si prende il traghetto per visitare l'arcipelago de La Maddalena e dal porto turistico di Santa Teresa Gallura vi è il traghetto e in un ora si raggiunge Bonifacio e le costa Sud della Corsica. I proprietari sempre presenti per ogni nostra richiesta e molto disponibili.

Una vacanza rilassanteeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Siamo appena tornati da una bellissima vacanza in questo posto stupendo..... vi consiglio questa struttura, si trova in un residence molto curato con 2 piscine adatte anche ai bimbi (mio figlio ci sguazzava come un pesciolino). L'appartamento ben arredato e molto pulito, aria condizionata, lavatrice,con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare se non si ha voglia di uscire ( fornelli, forno,frigorifero, congelatore, microonde utensilerie varie.....etc....etc.... tv e tanto altro...). Per il piccolo abbiamo anche trovato qualche giochino per intrattenerlo in casa....in sintesi ci siamo sentiti come a casa però in vacanza!!! Vicini al mare..... raggiungibile con una passeggiata a piedi.....anche se noi abbiamo preferito spostarci per vedere più spiagge possibili ( e ce ne sono per tutti i gusti....rocce....sabbia fina...sabbia grossolana....acqua subito alta....acqua bassa..... tutte nel raggio di 4/5 km). Altra cosa molto utile è sapere che si trova sempre parcheggio gratuito al residence e si trova vicinissimo a due supermercati abbastanza forniti....e in più per chi ne avesse bisogno c'è anche un centro estetico. In sintesi andate perchè ne vale veramente la pena!!!!! P.s.....dimenticavo una cosa fondamentale...... Monica (la proprietaria)è una persona adorabile sempre disponibile e attenta a tutte le richieste degli ospiti.....io nello specifico l'ho tartassata di telefonate per chiederle info su tutto e lei è stata sempre molto gentile. STRACONSIGLIATO!!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr gepflegter Anlage

Im Juli/ August 2016 waren wir mit unserer Tochter (15 Jahre) 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die ebenerdige Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Die Wohnung und auch die Anlage entspricht voll und ganz den Fotos. Für TV-Junkies stehen neben vielen italienischen und anderen Sendern leider nur ARD und ZDF zur Verfügung. Auf der Terrasse kann man schön ruhig und angenehm sitzen. Santa Teresa Gallura ist ein sehr netter Ort mit tollen Stränden in der Nähe die man mit dem Auto gut erreichen kann. Die Abwicklung, Betreuung und die Kontakte von und mit Monica waren super nett und sehr gut.

I Caraibi italiani

Ho trascorso 7 giorni a Santa Teresa di Gallura in questo meraviglioso appartamento assieme a mio marito e ai miei due figli di 4 e 1 anno. Posti meravigliosi, spiaggie incantevoli e alloggio perfetto! Per non parlare poi della super disponibilità e gentilezza di Monica, la proprietaria che ringrazio davvero tanto per tutto quello che ha fatto per noi. Consiglio a tutti questo posto. L'appartamento offre tutto quello che serve anche per chi come noi ha bimbi piccoli e raggiunge il posto in aereo e di conseguenza non ha la possibilità di portare molte cose con sé soprattutto per i più piccini.

Un soggiorno splendido

Abbiamo soggiornato nel residence "il borgo dei mirti" lo scorso agosto. Che dire....tutto perfetto! Descrizione dell'immobile fedelissima alla realtà, appartamento nuovo, molto curato, dotato di tutti confort!! Monica, la proprietaria, gentilissima e sempre disponibile! Merita una nota anche l'ambiente che circonda gli appartamenti....giardini rigogliosi e sempre tutti in ordine, idem per le piscine sempre pulitissime. Da non sottovalutare la presenza di due supermercati adiacenti il complesso, davvero comodi per una famiglia con due bimbi come la mia....non hai mai il pensiero di organizzare la spesa nella giornata...sono li!! Se tornassi a Santa Teresa il mio soggiorno sarebbe sicuramente in questo appartamento. Ultima cosa, ma non per importanza....c'è un grandissimo parcheggio davanti al residence, che permette di trovare sempre posto anche in un mese affollato come agosto!!

Ett perfekt boende på fantastiska Sardinien

Vi bodde två veckor på Il Borgo dei Mirti och hade en fantastiskt skön semester! Här finns allt man behöver på området och det är nära till fantastiska stränder och en mysig stadskärna. Det är ett lugnt och barnvänligt område med pooler och mataffärer runt hornet. Lägenheten vi hyrde var bekväm och mysig men en liten uteplats och kök. Jag rekommenderar verkligen Il Borgo dei Mirti till er som vill uppleva fantastiska Sardinien!

Moderne Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Anlage

Wir waren mit unserer 17 Monate alten Tochter 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Es gibt ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, sie hat auch eine große schattige Terrasse, auf der man gemütlich sitzen kann. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit insgesamt 3 Pools. Der Strand von St. Teresa Gallura ist ca. 1 KM entfernt. Monica, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, spricht Englisch und hat sich stets um uns bemüht und unsere vielen Fragen immer zügig beantwortet. Wir wurden jederzeit wieder in ihre Ferienwohnung gehen. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage und schöne Wohnung

Wir haben zu zweit einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Wohnung von Monica in Santa Teresa verlebt. Die Kommunikation und die Informationen vor unserer Reise waren umfassend und zutreffend (inkl. Restauranttipps). Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt, und die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte trotz später Anreise Dank der guten Kommunikation über Whats App problemlos. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war Monica immer erreichbar und sorgte umgehend für eine Lösung. Die günstige Lage der Ablage neben zwei gut sortierten Supermärkten hat die Versorgung sehr leicht gemacht. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Von Sardinien sind wir sehr begeistert und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passés moi et mon amie une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement. Celui ci est neuf comme l'ensemble des equipements à disposition. La petite terrasse est plus qu'agréable pour prendre le petit dejeuner, le dejeuner ou le diner. Il est situé juste en face d'une des 2 piscines en cas de chaleur vous pouvez donc aller vous raffraichir en moins de 10 secondes et si comme nous vous avez la chance d'être present a une periode ou il y a peu de monde, vous aurez la piscine pour vous tout seul. Santa teresa est une tres jolie station avec tout ce qu'il faut, bars, restaurants et commerces en tout genre. La residence est situé à 2 minutes en voiture du centre... Mais si vous ne souhaitez pas trop vous deplacer, vous avez tout à proximité à pieds de la residence... 2 magasins, des restaurants... Concernant l'acceuil, la aussi, rien à dire. Monica et Monica sont toutes 2 tres agreables et totalement à l'écoute de vos moindre soucis. Bref, je ne peux que recommander cette location qui vous permetra d'apprécier pleinement le nord de la sardaigne.

Magnifique vacances

Nous avons passé de superbe vacances! Très chouette complexe, bien situé pres des commerces et du centre tout en restant tres calme! la piscine toujours propre, notre appartement était propre et bien équipé, bonne literie et super accueil des propriétaires, très disponible et à l ecoute! Merci Monica pour ton accueil! À très bientôt j espère!

belle location à Santa Teresa di Gallura

tres belle location à Santa Teresa di Gallura. Grand appartement tres propre- belle terrasse ombragée. piscines tres agreables. Tres bon accueil de Monica et son mari. Ils sont charmants et vous donnent plein de conseils. Prévoir une petite marche jusqu'a la ville ou la plage rene Bianca mais tout peut se faire à pied sans voiture. Je recommande cette location.

Super Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Wir waren für knapp 2 Wochen mit unseren Kindern (9 und 11) in der Anlage. Die Anlage ist schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Sie bietet zwei Pools, wobei unsere Kinder den größeren bevorzugt haben. Die Anlage liegt am Rand von Santa Teresa Gallura, das Zentrum und der Stadtstrand sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zwei Supermärkte sind direkt nebenan gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Monica war stets erreichbar und der Kontakt mit ihr war sehr angenehm. Der Zahlungsverkehr verlief reibungslos. Wir können Wohnung und Anlage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
