Beautifully restored and elegrantly furnished old stone mas with a lovely garden and large private swimming pool, in the open countryside between the picturesque villages of Madremanya and Monells, in the most exclusive area of the Amporda region and close to the area's best restaurants and most beautiful beaches.

The house has an indoor surface of around 250m2 and is built on 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall; a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and a dining area with a table for 10 and direct access to the terrace, with an outdoor dining table also for 10; a comfortable family room with a large screen tv; a modern and fully equipped kitchen; and a guest toilet. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a bed of 160cm and its own bathroom with bath tub and shower; another double bedroom with 2 single beds that can be united; another double bedroom with 2 single beds, and that serves as a passage to the back part of the house; another full bathroom with a shower; and in the back part, which can also be accessed directly from outside, there are another 2 double bedrooms, each with a 150cm double bed, and another full bathroom with a shower. One of the rooms of this back part has air conditioning. The other 4 bedrooms, which don't receive direct sun and cool down well at night, all have ceiling fans.

The house stands on a large private property of 15.000m2, in the middle of the open country side and without neighbours close by. Around the house is a well-kept garden with a lawn, and a great fenced swimming pool of 12x6m. with a pool house and comfortable deck chairs.

Next to the house is a covered and shady terrace with an outdoor dining table for 10.

In low season, we offer a reduced rental fee for groups of up to 6 guests, without access to the back part of the first floor, which remains closed and empty, and with use of 3 of the 5 bedrooms and 2 of the 3 bathrooms, at the rental fee corresponding to up to 6 guests.
