NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, but can be arranged with the property:

·Final cleaning: €275 / maximum 15 hours of work (You can book this service with us or do it yourself)
·Bed linen and shower towels: €15 for 2 nights / €20 for more than 2 nights (price per person). You can book these with us or bring your own.
·Beach towel: €5 per person.
·Pets: €40 per pet for the entire stay (This service must be booked when staying with pets)

House rules: It is mandatory to comply with the rules set out in the rental agreement.

-Final cleaning is mandatory; you can book it with us or do it yourself.
-The use of bed linen is mandatory; you can book it with us or bring your own.
-Please recycle your waste and dispose of it in the containers at the entrance to the property.
-Outdoor sound is permitted from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
-It is strictly forbidden to leave any type of waste outdoors.
-Please shower before using the swimming pool.
-Only charcoal may be used in the barbecue.
-Any stay with pets must be communicated in advance.
-Electric vehicles may not be charged at the property.
-Guests are required to use the utilities, property and surrounding area responsibly and respectfully, and to respect the neighbours.
-Access to the roof is strictly prohibited.
-Any damage caused to the property must be reported.
-Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
-Only the number of guests included in the booking is permitted.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in financial penalties and/or eviction from the property.

UPON KEY HANDOVER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY:

-The tourist tax: €1.75 per person per night, for guests aged 16 and over. (Payment must be made in cash only)
-Any outstanding extras that have been booked. (Payment must be made in cash only)
-The final rental payment, if this has been agreed. (Payment must be made in cash only)
-Damage deposit: €500 (Payment must be made by card only)

The damage deposit will be returned after the property has been inspected, approximately 7 days after departure, provided that no damage or defects are found. If any damage is found, it will be photographed and the relevant quotation will be sent to the guest for information and payment. The corresponding amount will be deducted from the retained deposit. If the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit, the guest will be required to pay the outstanding difference.

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: Until 10:00 a.m.
For dates outside the high season, flexible check-in and check-out times may be discussed.
