Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Overall an excellent experience for our family. A lovely house and wonderful pool. A couple minor items could have been cleaner (grill) but a terrific place to stay- close to so many things in Terreros.

Buena casa pero mejorable en el mantenimiento!!!!

En lineas generales la casa esta bien en una urbanización muy tranquila y con la playa a 5 minutos en coche. En general le falta mucha limpieza y mantenimiento. Las camas muy cómodas ( pero encontramos una colcha y una almohada llenas de manchas ). En las habitaciones lo básico y necesario, armarios con perchas (nosotros llevamos nuestras sábanas y toallas). Los ventiladores de techo los tuvimos q limpiar para que no nos cayera el polvo encima, aunque al final desistimos de su uso por el ruido que hacían, imposible dormir, era como tener un elicoptero en la cabeza!!!. Tiene aire en todas las habitaciones pero solo funcionaba el termostato en la habitación grande y el del salón. Los sillones cómodos si más y la tv no es smart tv. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, y aunque no pone que hay microondas si que lo hay. Las puertas de los muebles de la cocina muy sucias de grasa. La nevera un poco pequeña y también sucia, lo bueno es que hay otra fuera grande dónde guardamos las bebidas y las 2 enfrían bien, aunque muy sucia por fuera y por detrás ya que esta en la calle. Todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteras, aconsejo llevar aparatos antimosquitos ya que muchas estan rotas y cocidas, la del salón ni si quiera se puede usar. La piscina super grande y limpia, pero en la zona de escaleras se caen los azulejos continuamente, recogimos varios todos los días. Tiene una zona trasera con plantas pero esta todo muy dejado, 2 baúles llenos de cosas de playa que daba miedo meter la mano de como estaban de telas de araña. Allí esta la lavadora, no la usamos. Esta zona esta muy descuidada ya que el aspecto que da es de que se limpia lo justito y se usa de trastero. La mesa de fuera es grande y con bastantes sillas, el mantel tenia grasa y estaba roto. Tiene hamacas para tomar el sol que están en buen estado. En general necesita más limpieza y más mantenimiento, son cosas que con un poco de interés se solucionan, no todo es cobrar, hay que dar un buen servicio!!!

A great base to explore the coast and counryside

We had a lovely stay in this peaceful, residential corner of San Juan Los Terreros , just 5 minutes walk from the fun and bustle of the bars and restaurants in town. The best of both worlds!

Assez agréable mais un peu vétuste

Maison plutôt agréable si ce n'est que l'équipement en general est assez vétuste. Nous n'avons jamais pu utiliser le lave linge car l'arrivée d'eau fuyait. L'agent sur place est intervenu rapidement pour réparer le robinet mais ensuite c'est la machine qui ne démarre pas. Sinon piscine agréable quoiqu'assez petite. Maison bien équipée en jeux de bain, chaises et parasol pour la place. Dans l'ensemble cher pour ce que c'est
