Spanning three floors, this luxurious full-remodeled retreat offers abundant indoor space with an Epicurean kitchen, and electric radiant floor heating. Extra amenities include private two-car garage parking, with secure storage for sporting equipment, and a EV ( electric vehicle ) charging station ( NEMA 14-50 , 40A 240V - guest needs to bring charger to charge vehicle themselves but the outlet to charge is available ). All within a short walk to lifts and trails, Canyon Lodge and the Village.
*Please note that there is no direct entrance from the garage to the townhome. One must walk outside the front door of the unit to gain entrance to/from the garage.
LIVING AREA
Spend time together in the living area that has amazing views of Mammoth Mountain, vaulted ceilings, ample natural light, pellet fireplace, a 55” Ultra HDTV with Roku, DVD player, and private WiFi. The couch features a Queen sleeper pull-out bed.
KITCHEN & DINING
The all-new, fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Serve up tasty meals at the breakfast bar for 3, or gather in the formal dining area that sits 8. Enjoy some fresh air on the deck, located off the dining room.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The second-floor master bedroom has a King bed, 32” flat screen TV with DVD player, and ensuite bath, with a tub/shower combination.
The third-floor loft area has a Twin bed, as well as a Twin fold-away, memory foam mattress (extra bedding provided). Please note that the loft is best suited for kids that are 5' or shorter, as the loft ceiling slopes downward.
The first-floor offers a second bedroom, with a King bed, 32” TV with DVD Player, and a full bath with tub/shower combination, plus an in-unit washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR AREAS

Very clean and comfortable place to stay! Location is very convenient and an easy walk to Canyon Lodge. Would be nice to have a few more utensils, and couple more towels and shower amenities but otherwise a great place and would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Great place to stay. Well kept and clean property. We had a few hiccups at the property but I very much appreciate the owners communication and getting issues resolved in a reasonable time. I would visit again.
Truly extraordinary! Most kind requests were granted for early arrival & late check-out. Property manager stayed in good communication so access & stay was thoughtfully supported. I believe this may be the most beautiful place my daughters & I have ever stayed! Thank you so, so much!
This place was terrific. The large glass windows and midcentury styling was cool and sheik. The location and proximity to ski lift and sky car was convenient and wonderful as well!

Location, location, location! Walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Views of slopes and a lift from the sofa! 2 car garage was very convenient during our snowy days there. The patio was great to hang out on during the snow storm. Comfortable living room seating and having a washer & dryer was a bonus Host responsiveness was excellent. We will definitely come back to stay!
This was the perfect landing pad for our group--two families with one child each. The location was fantastic--I understand it's even better during ski season--and the home itself has been nicely updated and maintained. Property managers were very responsive when we had trouble with the keypad on day one. Hope to stay here again and happy to recommend it!

This condo is in the perfect location. 5 minute walk to canyon lodge and 15 minute walk or shuttle down to the village. House was in great condition and slept 8 of us comfortably. Indoor 2 car garage was also very convenient. We had such a fun trip, will be coming back soon.

We had a wonderful weekend in Mammoth at this gorgeous property. The property was walking distance from Canyon Lodge. It had all the amenities you would need for the weekend. There was a gorgeous balcony with a beautiful view. It was stocked very well with a number of games, which was pleasant and gave all of us something to do during our evenings. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible!

We loved our stay except we didn’t realize 2nd bedroom is a loft, with an additional loft connected. So it was not as private as we hoped but other than that place was awesome!
The place was amazing but I was charged for a Pet Cleaning fee with out any proof or documentation, after multiple request for it, when I never had a pet anywhere on the property during my stay.

This guest broke a chair and admitted to it. I did not charge for a dog fee but did charge for the broken chair they agreed this damaged.
This was a lovely property within walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The only downside was the check out process - it was an excessive list with monetary penalties if we didn't do everything e.g. no evidence of watermarks anywhere. We were wiping down the wood floor at the front door even. That's not fun as a guest. Other than that, I'd absolutely stay here again.

Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with.
As a professional property manager we post clear rules, expectations for departure, and potential fees or fines for ignoring those rules during your stay or after departure. We almost never actually fine anyone, because virtually all guests follow the rules. We donÕt ask for anything too hard: no linen stripping, no cleaning- just a few basics like trash removal, heat settings, run the dish washer, etc.).
All guests must sign a contract when booking and these rules and fines must specifically be initialed for approval before completing the booking procedure. These same rules and fines are posted inside the unit to ensure there are no surprises.ÊWe believe posting the rules up front so they are clearly understood to be the best way to meet our dual obligation to our renters, as well as to our homeowners, who expect us to protect their home and investment.
Our check out rules have good reasons for them. For example, failure to remove trash after your stay can invite bears to break in, causing thousands of dollars in property damage. Similarly, a vacant unit left unheated can have pipes burst; parking and noise violations can bring police or HOA fines on the property owner, etc. All our rules have similar logic, I don't have enough space here to explain them all, but call if you're concerned.

Perfect condo for me, my sister and a friend. Easy walk to Canyon lodge. Post is completely accurate. Kitchen is well appointed. WiFi is a bit iffy and we had to log out of all devices to watch Netflix. No big deal. Couch could use a couple more pillows. Very small critiques for a great place.

Finding the property was a little bit difficult due to how much snow mammoth has gotten over the last three weeks. Once found everything was great. It was however very difficult to have the wet room outside and not have dry area to take off snow equipment. Other than that everything about the property was amazing. I would definitely put this again!

If you have trouble during your stay, I encourage you to contact your VR manager while you are in the property, as they may well be prepared to handle your concerns. We have 18 full time staff members in our housekeeping, maintenance and guest services departments who we can call upon to resolve problems. Overall clean. Just a few notes for improvement. But, we would definitely stay again.
Clean. Only downfalls were the lack of towels for our family. There is a washer and dryer, so I did them once but hard to keep washing when you’re on vacay. And description of x2 twin beds in loft is not accurate. It’s one twin and a foam mat which my other teenager daughter didn’t want to stay on. So, we used the fold out on the couch nightly. Not any deal breakers. Would definitely return and just bring more towels. View of Canyon was remarkable! That was my favorite part of the cabin.

The cost of linens and supplies is covered in our fixed cleaning fee. This is disclosed to guests in the pre-booking guest contract that must be signed before completing booking. It is also pointed out to guests in the check-in instructions, pre-arrival and in the blue guest binder located in the unit itself.
As explained throughout those various places, units are stocked with clean bed linens on the beds, and a bagged set (under side table or in closet) for the pull out sofa (if equipped). 1 bath towel per person (based on the group/party size reported). 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 shower mat (except half baths) per bathroom. 1 travel size each of: beauty bar, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash, & 3-4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 2-3 rolls of paper towels, 1 new sponge, 10 dishwasher pods, 2 dish towels, 2 4-cup coffee packets, 2 tissue boxes. 10 laundry pods (if laundry is equipped in-unit). Fire starters, lighter and long matches (if equipped with wood burner). Additional cleaning services and supplies are available for order from our Housekeeping Department.
We are available pre-booking to help ensure you book the best property for you, but travelers need to be an active participant in that process.
