Thank you for the 4 star review. We are so glad you had a fabulous holiday and enjoyed our wonderful location. We are slightly confused with your comment that the apartment is looking tired. The studio is brand new! It was the last property built in the development and only opened in summer 2019. So was less than 6 months old when you visited and is in pristine condition! Everything is new! Due to its position, it would be very rare that a golf ball would come on to the terrace, but we agree that as a safety measure a net would provide extra reassurance. A fine net, one that will not interrupt the view, has now been purchased and will be up in March 2020. Our staff are always on hand to help. Our unique TV system can be tuned in to many languages so it was no problem re-tuning back into the UK channels for you. For anything like this all our guests need to do is ask our on-site staff. And as you say, they are all very helpful. As the studio is slightly separate to the rest of the building the hot water takes about 30 seconds to reach the studio. The pool is solar heated all year round. And we have literally just installed a new electric heat pump system that will boost this further during colder periods. We are a new development but have won 2 travel awards in our first 2 years of opening - this is for consistently high reviews and for the helpfulness of our staff. we appreciate all client comments and will always use them to further improve our service We hope to welcome you back again in the future.
