NARCISSOS BAY VIEW VILLA is ideally located just 1 kilometer from the famous Konnos Beach and 2 kilometers from Sunrise Beach. It sits between two of Cyprus’s most popular tourist destinations: the vibrant Ayia Napa and the tranquil Protaras. Only three hundred meters from the nearest beach, the villa’s balcony and terrace offer stunning sea views, particularly breathtaking at sunrise.
This elegant, well maintained two-bedroom villa features a private pool and full air conditioning. It offers a 55 inch smart Android flat-screen TV with satellite channels, including all English and sports channels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Bright and airy, the villa boasts modern furnishings and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living area. Amenities include a dishwasher, cooker, washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box, and ironing equipment. The bathroom has been fully renovated (March 20224) and includes a walk-in shower. With a sofa bed in the living room (140 x 200 cm), the villa can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with an additional charge for the 5th and/or 6th person.
The fully equipped barbecue facility next to the pergola shade is perfect for enjoying a relaxing dinner. Protaras center and Fig Tree Bay are just 2 km away, while Ayia Napa is 8 km away. The nearest supermarket is 300 meters away, and the closest bus stop is 400 meters from the villa. The villa also offers free private parking.
Useful and important information: Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 10:30am. Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 10 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 30 kWh per day, which is sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and or groups of 5 and or 6 persons, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected upon arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours 23:00 - 9:00 hours
