Villa Ferrer is a beautiful villa surrounded by garden with fruit trees and private pool located in the Sevillian countryside surrounded by olive trees and just 2 minutes from Espartinas and 10 minutes from the center of Seville by car. Taxi or Cabify are available and the cost to the center is usually around € 19. At the entrance of the urbanization you will also find the bus stop that will take you comfortably to Plaza de Armas in Seville.

Villa Ferrer is a beautifull villa surrounded by garden with fruit trees and private Swimmingpool. The villa is in the sevilian countryside surrounded by olive trees. In the quiet and relaxed countryside you will here only the sound of the birds. The house is only 2 min to Espartinas and just 10 min by car to Seville downtown, Taxi or Cabify will take you for around 19 € each way. At the entrance of the condo a couple of min wallking you also have the bus stop to Seville downtown.

Perfecta estancia para pasar unos días en Sevilla con un grupo de amigos

Primero de todo dar las gracias a Manuela, propietaria de la casa, que nos ha tratado como si fuéramos de la familia. El día de llegada nos esperó hasta las 23:30h de la noche para poder explicarnos todo sobre la casa. Nos recibió con dos botellas de cava como detalle de bienvenida y al día siguiente nos llamó para saber qué tal habíamos dormido y por si nos faltaba algo. La casa en general está muy bien.: los baños están reformados ,la zona de la piscina y jardín es muy agradable y las habitaciones son amplias con camas muy cómodas. La casa la tienen preparada para recibir clientes con toallas, jabón y casi todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Tienen un buen sistema para las llaves: una pequeña taquilla en el portal con un código. Nos fue muy cómodo ya que al ser un grupo numeroso las dejábamos allí y no nos teníamos que preocupar más hasta la vuelta.
