Nice and quiet house with garden 10 minutes from the center of Seville. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 for adults, and 1 for children, with a small bed and cot, plus 1 double sofa bed. 2 full bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen equipped with appliances. Living room with fireplace. It is heated, hot and cold. Terrace with barbecue. Chill out terrace, solarium overlooking Seville. Very new furniture. Very quiet area, but very close to shopping center and entertainment area, restaurants, bars, pubs, etc. In the urbanization there are parks for children and parks for the elderly. 10 minutes from the Isla Mágica Amusement Park and the Olympic Stadium. Internet access. Pets Allowed,


Customer opinion regarding the situation: 'The description of the offer fits in reality a very clean, recently renovated and well equipped house. An amazing house Our hosts were so kind to welcome us and take us from the airport to the house. Upon arriving at the house on a holiday, they had the power to fill the fridge. Our advice for transport: 300 m to beyond the house there is a bus stop (bus 159) and take bus 160 or 166 that pass until midnight every 5 / 10mn and arrive in 10 minutes from Seville. You do not need a vehicle to visit Seville, in short, another advantage. '

Customer opinion with children: 'Excellent quality / price ratio. The owners were very friendly. The owner's son picked us up at the airport. There was something to eat in the fridge and also something to enjoy specialties (delicious cakes, oranges). The owner called us in the week to see if we didn't miss anything and was always available to answer my questions. As for the house, it is large, beautiful and very clean (so impeccable recent). The setting is ideal for families with young children (our son loved the room in the Children's Services house and there is a 5-minute Children's Services playground). Overall, I strongly recommend renting this house, an excellent service + perfect home.

Customer opinion regarding the owners: When we arrived we found a fully equipped house, impeccably clean. Well located in a residential area on the outskirts of Séville. During our stay, we ate dinner on the terrace and breakfast, the kitchen is practical and we found food available for many two days. Ana and Javier, whose kindness and welcome create links that you feel happy.

Spacious and comfortable

Our group of six friends had a fabulous stay in Ana's lovely house ... a quiet location with very easy access to Seville town. We discovered the wonderful Plaza de Satia...wouod highly recommend Ana's housego after a couple of days and enjoyed the walk there for morning coffee. We had plenty of room indoors and outdoors for our group

Great house, with lots of great outdoor seating areas. We were travelling with another couple, but this house would be perfect for a family. The house had everything we need for our stay. The host was Amazing. She made lots of great restaurant recommendations, and was quick to respond if we needed something.

Wonderful

Everything about our stay in Ana’s home was great. Plenty of clean, comfortable bedrooms and living areas in a quaint neighborhood just outside the city. The roof deck provides beautiful skyline views and the plunge pool was a refreshing break from the Summer heat. Ana was a terrific host, as she communicated early and often and was quick to resolve even the tiniest of issues. Overall, the entire family of 5 loved our stay and would certainly recommend it to our friends.

Wonderful, clean home!

We stayed here for three nights with two families, and the sleeping arrangements were very accommodating! Ana was an excellent host, and easy to communicate with. She was kind and it was comforting knowing she was readily available if we needed help. The property was very clean, all sheets were quality and smelled fresh. The walk to the supermarket was short. The market was nice as well and inside of a top notch mall. The pool looked appealing but it was just a bit cold for us to use, since we went end of March. We walked to Sevilla the first day, which was quite a nice hike for the family. The next day we took the bus M161 by IKEA down the street right into town with only 1-2 stops, for just 2.65 euros per person. We also used Uber to go to the train station with all luggage on check out day, and to return from Sevilla downtown with ease. The roof top terrace was peaceful, we watched horses and could see a lovely view of Sevilla. Note that the washer is very small, and there is no dryer. We ended up using a laundry mat about 7 min away via Uber after we arrived. We had banked on using the washer since Sevilla was 7 days into our vacation, so it was slightly disappointing that we couldn’t wash the kids’ clothes, etc. with ease from the home. Laundry mat was a reasonable alternative.

Belle propriété près de Séville

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le quartier est calme et l’endroit nous permet de profiter de Séville tout en revenant se reposer après notre visite. Ana répond rapidement à nos questions, nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec la climatisation et l’électricité, elle a pu nous guider à distance pour résoudre la situation. Nous recommandons cette endroit entre amis, ce fut très agréable et le stationnement était facile à trouver près de la résidence.

Muy buena estancia

La estancia fue muy buena. Ana muy amable nos explicó todo lo que le preguntamos. La casa muy limpia y muy acogedora. Suficientes toallas para todos. Cerca de Sevilla, lo unico que los autobuses tardan en pasar una media hora, pero con coche es perfecto porque no se tarda nada en llegar a Sevilla y hay suficientes parkings. Y si sois 4 en Uber por 10€ llegas al centro de Sevilla. Calefacción bien. Tiene varias cafeteras, tostadora, y todo lo necesario en la cocina. Ana, muy buena anfitriona.

Sehr schönes Haus leicht außerhalb von Sevilla

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage hier und zu sechst sehr viel Platz. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man mit dem Bus schnell in Sevilla. Besonders genossen haben wir haben den Pool der nachmittags im Schatten ist und man es so auch bei über 40 grad aushalten kann. Check in und allgemeine Kommunikation mit Ana lief über WhatsApp einfach und unkompliziert.

Villa très sympa et bien placée

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans la maison d’ana. Nous avons apprécié l’aménagement de la maison et son emplacement qui est vraiment proche de Séville. Ideal base for exploring Seville

Ana's villa was perfect for us, 5 adults and 2 small children. A quiet area in easy reach of the city and within 10 minutes walk of children's playgrounds, buses, tapas bars and supermarkets. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Although we didn't meet up with Ana she was easy to make contact with and very helpful in arranging our transport back to the airport. If you are only visiting Seville a car is not essential if you stay here.

Super séjour

Nous étions 10 adultes et avons passé un super séjour. La maison est très bien organisée avec sa terrasse extérieure et celle sur les toits. Il y avait vraiment tout pour cuisiner que ce soit au niveau matériel mais aussi nourriture (il y avait tous les ingrédients de base, huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, pâtes, riz, pain...). Le seul bémol est le couchage dans le salon pour 2 personnes qui est un peu petit et le ménage qui était un peu light. Cela ne remet absolument pas en cause la qualité de notre séjour et de cette maison.

Tal y como habíamos leído en anteriores comentarios, Ana (la propietaria) es muy atenta. Tanto yo, como mi familia hemos quedado contentos, nunca había estado en una casa tan completa, tanto en utensilios de cocina, como en productos de limpieza, del baño... Tiene de todo. Si algo se te olvida no hay problema porque allí lo tiene. Cuando volvamos a escaparnos a Sevilla, repetiremos.

Perfect holiday home

We stayed here for 2 weeks & used the house as a vase to explore Seville & further afield. Granada, Cádiz, Gibraltar & Córdoba all visited on this holiday-we obviously hired a car. The immediate local area isn’t anything to shout about but the easy access into the City really sold this to us. We tried the bus once, exactly as Ana advised. The bus does take you right to the bus station. Our family preferred to use the Metro. It’s 9 minutes drive to SAN Juan Bajo station on the metro & only 4 stops then right into Plaza de Jerez right in the centre of Seville. We used this many times. The house itself had absolutely everything we needed & many thanks to Ana for stocking up with basic groceries & some treats for our arrival. The pool isn’t big but it was perfect to cool off in and still large enough for my 2 teenage boys to be silly in. The hammock & the roof terrace were the big winners. The view from the terrace across to the city was lovely. Perfect house, fantastic owners who communicated with us quickly when we asked anything and an altogether great holiday. Couldn’t ask for more.

Belle maison très agréable et très bien équipée (rien ne manque!). Situation facile d'accès en transport en commun. Ana est un hôte très agréable et arrangeante. Seul bémol nous n'avions pas bien compris que la 5ème chambre était un salon avec un futon. Mais nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. A recommander donc !

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille (nous étions 10) Ana nous accueille vraiment avec joie dans cette maison. Toute l'épicerie et gel douche, lave main sont fournis, pas besoin de faire de grosses courses en arrivant. Elle nous a aussi offert des fruits, de l'huile, du lait, des gâteaux à notre arrivée. La maison est très bien équipée et Ana est disponible au moindre problème. Les extérieurs sont très agréables (piscine, barbecue, salon de jardin, chaises longues,...) À 10 mon en bus du centre de Séville 👍 N'hésitez pas! 💕
