About this property

This one bedroom condo is located on the 4th floor of the Summerwind Complex and overlooks the Gulf of America. It is directly on the beach and the views are spectacular. Whether you're here just to enjoy the beach or relax poolside, our condo offers you both. Navarre Beach has been named one of the best destinations for families or couples and there are plenty of activities for everyone.

During the Spring/Summer season we require a 7 night stay. Rentals dates begin and end on Saturdays. We do not use a management company and therefore we can offer some of the best rates on the island and pass those savings onto our guests. We have been doing this for more than 20 years. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

Our one bedroom condo has it all: gorgeous oceanfront views and and all the comforts of home. Relax on the white sandy beaches with umbrella service included or enjoy being at the pool or hot tub. There are three pools and three hot tubs available to use at Summerwind. Watch the sun set on an evening stroll or just relax inside with a movie or show on our big screen HDTV. There are museums, zoos and plenty of shopping within minutes of the island. We have a few restaurants on the island or stock up on groceries and enjoy our fully equipped kitchen. Our building has a fitness room overlooking the ocean and pool for those looking to get in a workout while away. There is free wireless Internet available both inside our condo and by the pool.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV & DVD player. There are twin bunks in the hallway (great for the kids) and a queen sleeper in the sectional in the living room for additional accommodations. The condo does sleep up to 6 persons, 4 adults max. The living room boasts a new faux leather sectional sofa for plenty of seating. From inside, the wall to wall sliding glass door offers breathtaking views of the Gulf or walk out onto the balcony to see and enjoy the views from our fourth floor unit. Balcony furniture includes 4 bar high chairs and a table and two regular chairs for just relaxing.

Umbrella Service is Included (umbrella and two chairs set-up on the beach every day for your use while staying in our unit). Umbrella service runs from March 1 - October 31.

Whether you are a couple visiting or a family of six, there are plenty of activities for everyone. Our family loves it here and we're sure yours will, too. We offer some of the Best rates on the Beach during all the Seasons. You can also book for an extended stay over the Winter. Please email us for a quote for an extended stay from January - February. You will not find a cleaner condo on the island. Check our reviews. Please check our calendar for availability and send us an email if you have any questions. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely Property Managers and Easy Beach Stay

The property managers were helpful and kind with the information we needed before our trip and the check-in process. The location makes beach access super easy with walkable restaurants nearby. The pool tended to be overcrowded, but we went during peak season so that was to be expected.

This condo is as close to perfect as it gets. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you need and very clean. We loved the location and the view was the best. Communication with the owner was very easy and quickly responded. We hope to come back here again soon!!

The condo was very clean and spacious. The resort was very secure and quiet. Beaches are clean. If you like to fish there is the Fishing pier is right next door to the resort.

The condo is very nice! We would definitely recommend. We also would look to stay here again. So close to everything. We are active seniors and enjoyed having the chairs set up for us and the ease of getting to beach and restaurants. It was very quiet even when the local restaurants had concerts we didn’t hear the fun unless we were in it!!! Plenty of room for our local family to come and visit with us! We’re so thankful and blessed and appreciated a beautiful stay. We also got to meet Sweet Pea!

Beautiful view

I loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee. Great walking beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Easy ride into Pensacola. The kitchen was well appointed. We had everything we needed. A great place to stay and relax.

Beautiful View

We loved Navarre Beach! This condo was exactly like the pictures. Our son (12) loved the bunks. Our adult daughter needed more mattress than a piece of foam so she slept on the couch and loved it. Beautiful view and easy walk to the pier and local restaurants.

This was our first time in a long time, to stay in a condo versus a townhouse and it was amazing! There were 3 pools in the complex, so if one was full there were other options. The home was equipped with all the general necessities and we were walking distance to multiple eateries! Needs Updates

Fully equipped kitchen, yes. Could we use all the pots and pans, no!! Non-stick pans were peeling so badly that we dare not use them. Could not cook in the oven or on stove top because the smoke detector in the kitchen went off constantly, thus defeating one of the major reasons we stayed at a condo. I'm not going to list all of the problems, but book carefully. Better places for less.

A little piece of paradise

The condo was very nice and roomy. Loved the wooden walkway bridge to the beach very nice and the 2 beach chairs and umbrella were included in the rental that was a bonus. Loved there were 3 pools to choose from on the property. The balcony is very nice and roomy as well. You have a beautiful view of the gulf and the Pier! Very relaxing and wasn’t crowed no hustle and bustle to try to get ready to go out to eat before the crowds. Everyone was extremely nice. There are 3 places to eat on the island within walking distance. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower in the condo not powerful enough. The owners were very nice and that’s the only issue we had. We washed all the towels every night after our showers. We treated their condo as it was our own home. This is going to be our new vacation spot. You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit. They didn’t miss a beat on everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and living area. Thank you so much to the owners John and Joy. We will be back at the end of September!

Joy and I have been married for almost 25 years and have three beautiful daughters. We had been vacationing in the area for many years and when the opportunity came about to buy into a new building on the beach, we decided to take the plunge. We've seen our share of storms come through, but we're still here loving and enjoying our second home.

Why they chose this property

John's father moved to the area to retire back in the 90's and after a while went into real estate when golfing wasn't enough to keep him busy. It worked out well for him and now he's finally retired. We always loved the area and it only made sense that we should have a place of our own down here.

What makes this property unique

Navarre Beach is special because it offers those who live or vacation here an opportunity to get away from the mainland and come out on the island and enjoy what God has created. It's much more peaceful and relaxing than some of the other bigger spots along the water (Destin, Fort Walton, Pensacola), yet you're still close enough to visit those areas because they're only a short drive away.
