Kick up your feet, relax and enjoy the most comfortable, kid-friendly, well-appointed condo at the Regency! Unit 502 is claimed by many of our renters as having the most well-equipped kitchen they've ever seen!! Dine in or make reservations at one of our local eating establishments- the choice is yours.

The Navarre Beach Regency boasts the most spacious units on the beach offering 1520 square feet of living space. No paper thin walls here- the units are so quiet you'll never hear your neighbors! Relax and enjoy the view from our 30' X 8' gulf front balcony - Navarre Beach boasts the whitest sand and the clearest, emerald waters on the Florida coast!

The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the gulf and is furnished with a king size bed and 26' flat screen television. The second bedroom is comforatble and large enough for 2 queen beds and has it's own TV. Unit 502 has 2 full size refrigerators and wireless internet.

We are close to parasailing, snorkeling, jet skiing and beach volleyball. Whether lounging at the pool or soaking up the sun on the beach you'll have the time of your life in Unit 502!!

This was the most perfect place for us to stay while visiting Florida. The condo was so nice. The rented chairs were also so nice, we could just relax all week and not worry about setting anything up. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

We all (2 adult & 3 teens) loved the property! The view was amazing, location was perfect, kitchen was great with everything we needed and more, the floor to ceiling glass doors opening to the spacious balcony was spectacular! Close proximity to the pier for dolphin & turtle viewing was perfection. Beach was white fluffy sand and not crowded in front of the complex. Pool was big, and we can’t wait to come back!

This was an excellent property. Fifth f!oor was perfect for listening to the waves, looking for dolphins and pelicans, and stargazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The only problem (a small one) was the length of time it took for water to heat for showers. Everything else was great. The instructions for operation of tv's was really appreciated. Great communication with owners. New fiber was being installed during our time and Mark called to make sure we were aware of the install process - thanks so much. We will definitely look at booking again.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. Condo had tons of room. Location was perfect. Condo was very clean. This is a great location if you are looking for less crowded beach. This was the best condo we have stayed in on the gulf. We are already planning the next trip here.

Amazing experience! The condo was huge! Very spacious and every detail was thought out. We appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances—everything needed to prepare meals. It is located very close to the elevator and we never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator. You can tell that this host goes above and beyond for her guests. The washer and dryer are huge, which really helped to cut down on how many loads we did and not only one but two refrigerators you cannot ask for more than that. We will definitely be back.

We love the location, we love the unit, the views, and the host was great to work with. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed. Having laundry in the unit was also helpful.We hope we can stay again.

Great Stay. Appreciated the chair service was already in place. We missed the message on needing our own beach towels, it was called out, we just assumed they would be provided…all other beach spots we’ve rented had them…was easier than giving up space to pack them. All is good though, We hit Walmart and have 4 new towels.

Beautiful beach condo with the largest and most private patio you can find on Navarre Beach. This beachfront home is clean, cozy, light, and airy. Plenty of items in the kitchen, comfortable rockers on the patio, and the most gorgeous view of the pier. Also, hands down some of the very best mattresses youll find. Come to The Regency 502. You wont regret it.

We had a great stay over New Years! It's a beautiful and very spacious condo. Location is outstanding close to the pier. Great place to view the New Years fireworks. Very well appointed from the bedrooms to the kitchen. I highly recommend! Can't wait to stay again!

Navarre is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf. The sand is as white as sugar and the water a beautiful emerald color. This is a small laid back community and is a great place for a family vacation.

One of the best things about staying at Navarre Beach Regency is that it is so relaxing. The accomodations are quite comfortable and the private balcony becomes a great hideaway to read, sip your morning coffee, or watch the day come to an end with your favorite drink in hand while the breeze off of the Gulf keeps you comfortable.
