PARADISE ON MAUI 2BD 2BA JUST STEPS FROM KAM II BEACH SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS

Our remodeled, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, non-smoking condominium is equipped with all the comforts of home, including flat screen HD TV and DVD, a landline telephone with FREE LONG DISTANCE TO CANADA & U.S., FREE WI-FI Internet access. Washer/Dryer in the Condo, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove. AIR CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT. There is currently A/C in the Living/Dining room and both bedrooms, ceiling and floor fans.

Our condo is just steps away from one of the most uncrowded and beautiful fine-sand beaches in Maui. Kamaole Beach Park II has some of the best swimming ,snorkeling and boogie boarding anywhere. There is a lifeguard station on the beach, and tide pool area on the south side, teeming with crabs, starfish, turtles etc. It's also a great place to watch the whales and beautiful sunsets.

The master bedroom has a new queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two new twin beds. The lanai, with a garden view, is found off the living room. A sofa bed and second bath means that our unit can easily accommodate six adults. A real value for Maui. Immediately across from Kamaole II beach. Walk to dining, Maui style.

Kihei Akahi boasts lush tropical grounds and is conveniently situated near all the major amenities of Kihei and South Maui. Facilities here include two pools, and natural gas bbqs. The lower pool has a kitchen, large seating area and two bbqs. The upper pool provides another area for barbecuing. The property also has an excellent tennis court for your enjoyment.

Our condo has been completely renovated and remodeled with tile floor, new bathrooms, and new kitchen cupboards complete with granite counter tops. There is a lanai for relaxing or dining AL fresco. Should you wish to dine indoors, the dining area comfortably seats six.

Lovingly maintained, guests say it feels just like home. We have had many comments in our visitor book expressing how well equipped and comfortable our condo is. The kitchen has all the regular amenities including dishes, rice cooker, blender and coffee maker to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We also have an in-room safe for your valuables.

Kihei Akahi is divided into 4 main buildings. Our two bedroom unit is located on the top floor of the two-story 'B' building and boasts an open air plan with cool tropical trade winds blowing through the living/dining area.

Our condo is well stocked with multiples sets of bed linens, blankets, and bath towels. We also have assorted beach towels, chairs, boogie board, snorkel equipment, umbrellas, cooler, beach buggy and toys for your convenience. There is also a designated parking spot for the condo.

We have tried to make our condo your home away from home and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Beautiful Maui

We loved the condo and its location. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The host was very responsive and the property managers were helpful and friendly. We had a great stay in John's condo. The supplies were very well stocked and the multiple fans and air conditioning were very welcome. We loved having the combo door lock which allowed us all to come and go with varying schedules very easily. The complex is great as well, we took full advantage of the pool, barbecues and tennis courts. The location can't be beat with 3 beaches, shopping and multiple restaurants with in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location

You can't get closer to the beach than this -- it was awesome to have the Kamaole beach parks right across the street for morning snorkeling. Kihei was a great place to stay to have the option of exploring the fancier resorts to the south but to have more affordable options near us. The unit itself is nothing fancy but clean and totally serviceable: there's A/C, washer & dryer, plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. We also appreciated being able to borrow the host's beach chairs. John was great about communication and gave us a very helpful list of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Kihei Akahi, it's just the best! Kam II is just steps from our Condo. All Kamaole beaches are stellar (and have been voted as best beaches in the world by several different publications) because they are safe, lifeguarded, close to snorkeling, and superb for swimming. We can walk to the grocery store, and many restaurants and shops-- they're all within a mile of Kihei Akahi. It's also close to upscale Wailea with its many golf courses and shops, but much more economical. And the micro climate? Let me just say that when it's raining on most of the rest of Maui, Kihei is usually still in the sunshine!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with Kihei Akahi when we first stayed here 30 years ago because of the Beautiful Well Manicuried Gardens, 2 Well Maintained Pools both with Gas BBQ Grills, Private Tennis Court, but More Importantly the Proximaty to KAM II BEACH, Shops and Restuartnts. Everything you need is with in walking distance. Truly PARADISE ON MAUI.
