Relax while enjoying your luxurious ocean views! This wonderful lofted unit feels more like a home than a condo home. The bedroom features a California king bed, window AC, and a TV. The loft includes two twin beds, while the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, and its own window AC—providing comfort and space for the whole group. Your home away from home has wonderful amenities and the perfect location in South Maui. The on-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip. Although Luau's are recommended to be booked prior to travel. Near some of the best beaches Maui has to offer. This Kihei location is also close to all Wailea and Makena have to offer.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Kitchen was small but had all that we needed. We were able to cook and eat in. Very happy with the experience and facilities. Was nice to have towels beach umbrella, chairs and sporting equipment available in the room. Although we only used the towels it was good to know we were covered if we needed the other stuff.

excellent location

You couldn't ask for a better location. This unit is spacious and beds are comfortable. The decor is dated and we ended up having to buy things during our stay like baking sheets and a vegetable peeler. But it certainly did the trick during our visit but we've stayed in several other units at Maui Vista that left you wanting for nothing. Overall, it was perfectly fine.

The condo was perfect, however there was a couple of days that the pool for our building (2) was milky in appearance. We went to the pool for building 3 which had very clean water.

My family and I stay was so great here. Location is at the center and walking distance to everything. Car rental is a plus if you are able to get one. Minor things at the place didn't really work but we didn't mind because our time was mainly spent outdoors. The places has everything you need for cooking so that's a huge plus. We will forever cherish our memories here including waking up to a beautiful view of the sea. Will definitely be coming back..

Great location! Easy walking distance to the beach, groceries, and delicious restaurants. Condo was clean and had plenty of amenities. Loved the microfiber beach towels! Thanks for sharing your space with us.

Great Location

The property was located perfectly in Kehei. The unit itself badly needs updating, especially the living room floor. Boards are up causing tripping. We did like the dishwasher and laundry facilities. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit so it fulfilled our needs. Thank you.

Comfortable and cozy

The unit was comfortable and had all the amenities you’d need for a stay in Hawaii. We brought the folding chairs and towels with us to the beach daily (unfortunately umbrella wasn’t in working order) which was super handy. My kids loved having access to the pool and the tennis courts at their whim. The air conditioning units and fans kept the place nice and cool and having two living areas and washrooms was nice as well for a family of four. Near the end of our trip we attempted to throw a load of towels in the washer but it wasn’t working for us, hopefully that will be fixed for next guests. All in all this place was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

Needs Updates

The floors are ripped up. Tiles missing. I dont think the place was cleaned before we arrived. Only clean sheets & towels. Dishes , silverware, knives, cutting boards were not washed. Bathrooms were dirty. Would not recommend staying here again.

Great location but the unit is in serious need of cleaning and some maintaining

The location is just perfect, right across the street from a beach and very close to shops and cafés. The view from the balcony is beautiful, we enjoyed spending time there. However, it appeared that the unit was not cleaned properly in a while. The floor was not mopped and our feet instantly turned black. The doors and door frames have sticky dirty grime around the handles and where people touch the door. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom is covered in a thick layer of residue. The sink int the same bathroom is not draining properly. The water in the upstairs toilet is constantly trickling. The sofa bed is bend/broken and needs to be replaced or at least repaired. Ceiling fans have no controls besides on/off. The air conditioners when on smell musty and moldy. All these issues are small and easy to fix but would make the guest experience much better.

Not as advertised

The property is in need of some serious TLC and a deep clean. Issues include; stained lamp shades, stained bed covers, only 3 seats for the lanai high top table; 2 beach chairs (the management company stated there were 4 in an email to me); acrylic glasses cracked and leaking. We have stayed in 6 other units at the Maui Vista and this was the worst.

Be careful what you are paying for

Our Condo at had a dryer that didn’t work so had to do laundry at a Laundromat. The place was very very dirty. It was actually very unpleasant staying there. I received the cleaning fee back because there was no dryer and because the place was filthy. We wanted more than just the 225 back but they weren’t willing . We certainly didn’t get what we paid for.

Dissapointed

We recently stayed at this condo for 10 days in march. Unfortunately upon arrival we realized very quickly that the photos were not at all representative of the space. The condo was very dirty, many many repairs need to be done around space. Not sure what the cleaning fee is going towards. Beds were sub par, the space is not comfortable and very dated. Minimal supplies in condo to use which is hard when you are there for 10 days. Pool is very small and awkward. Yes close to the beach and good Kihei location but the space was one that we did not ever feel comfortable in and truly the cleanliness of the space ruined it. At night the outdoor space to and from the condo to the parking lot is very dark and unsafe. We will never stay at this unit or condo again.

A small investment would make a huge difference

Condo was dirty, there is a sign to leave your shoes outside and in 5 minutes your bare feet are black from the floors. Lots of the low style beach chairs plus we bought and left 2 full size chairs, only one functional beach umbrella, others should be replaced. Toaster stuck in bagel mode so only toasts one side of the bread, all other appliances worked well. Condo needs a coat of paint and new vinyl floors. Upstairs bathroom has 2 light bulbs out. TV should be upgraded to allow access to Netflix/Prime on the guests account, don't need the DVD player. Limited silverware, need at least 3 more of each, otherwise well stocked for dishes/pots, pans etc. Shower heads are installed at about five feet high, install a simple extension pipe so people don't have to duck under the shower head or bang their head on it. Would be good to install a grab bar in the main tub/shower for older guests. Limited power outlets in the loft, I bought another power bar and left it in the loft. Beds comfortable but the bedspreads in the loft were not clean. Great location and nice to have tennis courts on site. Pool area clean and well maintained. A small investment in some of the items above would make a HUGE difference. May need a new cleaning company.

Three Star Snooze Rating Is Being Kind

Palace appeared nice upon check-in, but settling in, it was obvious the condo desperately needs a deep clean. The first night, my two-year old toddler twins’ feet were literally black from the floor’s filth. Couldn’t take it anymore after a few days, so I went and purchased cleaning supplies and mopped floors myself. Found a decomposing fruit or berry under the stove as I did my mopping, which I found disgusting. The floor underneath the bed in the master needs cleaning as the floor is covered in dust bunnies. The area rug in the living room was littered with someone’s nail clippings. Yuck! There were ants in the condo, and one even crawled on my pillow in the master bedroom. For the price of our stay, I expected a clean condo. Mattress very uncomfortable in master room. The bathroom’s shower curtain liner is obviously very dirty - needs washing or just plain replacing. Recommend owner leave instructions for using the washer. Could not figure out the child lock on the washer until I researched YouTube videos on operating the washing machine. The washer and dryer in the unit was very useful to us and we used them once I figured out how to use the washer. The beach towels left for guests were useful and appreciated. We used them daily during our week-long vacation. I was pleased to see whales in the ocean right from our condo the first morning I woke up! Poor timing/communication in response to my complaint re: cleanliness. Got cleaning fee refunded.

Central Location and Super Spacious!

Loved the location of our stay. Easy to access beaches, shops, and restaurants. The place is spacious, clean, and cozy. It had some books, movies, and some other stuff we could use to lounge around. Simple, quick check in process and check out wasn't much of a hassle! I'd stay here again.
