Ocean Block Home In Family Friendly Ortley Beach

Welcome to the new and improved Ortley Beach! Our beach replenishment project is finally complete and the beach is huge!
With gorgeous ocean views and plenty of sleeping space, this new home (2016) is the perfect spot for a family vacation. The 4 first floor bedrooms can accommodate 11-14 people. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized beds, one bedroom with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and one bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull out trundle. A Pack-n-Play is available upon request. The first floor also contains 2 full bathrooms.
The living space is on the upper floor, taking advantage of the ocean views from both the front and rear decks. The open floor plan provides a spacious gathering place for the whole family. The expandable kitchen table seats up to 10 people with 4 additional seats available around the center island. State of the art appliances make meal prep a treat! The large living room and cozy sun room offer ample gathering space for all. A powder room and spacious laundry room complete the upstairs.
The outdoor living spaces consist of two upper level decks, one bedroom level deck and a ground-level covered and open paver patio. The front upper deck is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Take in the evening sunset while enjoying dinner on the rear deck. The gas grill is located on the patio adjacent to the breezy covered seating area at the rear of the property. There is a large outdoor dining table and chairs on the rear patio as well. Plenty of off-street parking and a garage are available to renters. The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, cable, wifi, and central air.
The property is located at the southern end of Ortley Beach. There are plenty of eateries in the area- Rockafellas by the Sea, Ortley Seafood are 2 of our favorites. Within walking distance of the house-Jerry's Farm Market, CVS, and the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Barnacle Bill's Arcade and mini golf is a few blocks away. A grocery store is a short car ride.
