4 bedrooms on 1st floor, Kitchen and additional bedroom on 2nd floor.
Loft/bonus room on 3rd floor with queen pullout futon/couch .Elevator goes from garage ground floor and stops at 1st and 2nd floor.
2 off street parking spots in driveway plus 2 car garage and street parking , 10 beach badges included . Great location. Quiet street. Walking distance to restaurants ,mini golf etc.

Please note: if considering renting during winter months all outside furniture ,the barbecue ,fire pit and the hot tub are stored for the winter from November 1st through April 30th

Minimum age requirement to rent is 28

1. Smoking is not allowed in the residence. Smoking is allowed outside only and must be cleaned up after and any cigarette butts/matches etc. must be properly disposed of.
2. Property is Privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Pets Are not permitted on this property.
4. Rental occupancy : The listed "Limit" number indicates the maximum number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. Violations of rental occupancy restrictions may be grounds for eviction.
5. Only responsible adults of legal contractual age may contract for rental. Legal renter named on the vrbo reservation/agreement must occupy property during the dates listed on the agreement.
6. This is a family property please be respectful of neighbors.
7. Parking on property is limited to Two vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas listed in vrbo arrival info. Parking on the street is permitted.
8. Town violations – should the authorities be called due to a violation of any town , local or state ordinance during the stay of the tenant, any and all fines are the responsibility of the tenant.
9. Tenants agree to vacate property at end of rental term listed above.
10. Tenant is responsible for their disposal of all garbage into their outside garbage container . Garbage pick up days are Monday and recycles on Friday.Tenants are required to pull out their own garbage container to the street on the appropriate pick up days.
11. Linens are not provided . Landlord can provide local linen rental info if needed.

Rooms were nice and clean. Lovely location and building, with a spectacular view of the ocean. The separate bedroom on the roof is awesome. Hot tub was clean and spacious. Certain things like the grill left unclean and propane pit on the roof being broken were disappointing for the price I paid, however not a deal breaker. Would stay again.

Beach Siblings weekend

House was beautiful, excellent location and the roof top was a perfect way to end the day after the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, including breakfast dinner and of course ice cream and miniature golf. Perfect weekend even the weather cooperated

Weekend Getaway

The house was amazing! Perfect location as it’s right in between the local shops and boardwalk. Walk out to the beach was a huge hit. Bedrooms have trundle beds which were great for the teens we had staying with us. Keurig and coffee pot available - Upstairs loft and deck were great as well. Overall a fantastic stay! We will be back. Thank you *Bring linens and towels as listed in the notes when you reserve.

Perfect Family Experience

We had a multigenerational family gathering and couldn't have loved it more. We had family from 8 - 98 be able to enjoy the space together while having the ability to get away and have some quiet enjoying incredible views. Just as advertised and in other reviews - there are views everywhere. Space galore. Comfy and cozy with all the conveniences of home. The hosts are communicative, quick in response and helpful as needed. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to the possibility of future stays!

Family Get Together

The house is Amazing!! Our Son lives in Honolulu and was in DC for a work Conference with his family, so we planned this while he was on the east coast, haven't been all together with with son and daughters family together till 2 years ago when we took them to Disney!!The weather was awful, but we made the best of it, just being all together was Awesome!!! There was plenty of room for all 12 of us and the little ones loved being together again !

Very nice place to stay

Overall a very nice roomy place to stay. My daughter and her friend loved the crow's nest bedroom on the top floor. It's new and clean and everything works and doesn't leak! If you're unfamiliar with Jersey rules, don't forget to bring your sheets, blankets and towels. The kitchen has nice appliances but could use more pots and pans and utensils.

Great house with amazing views and an even better location. Communication with the hosts was great and very prompt. Adding to the description of the house - the four bedrooms on the first floor have the following bed configurations:- Master with king and en-suite bathroom- Two bedrooms with full size beds each and each with a pullout trundle- Last bedroom has two twins, both with twin trundle bedsThe 5th bedroom is the on 3rd floor, on the same level as the living room, dining room and kitchen and has a queen size bed. On the roof, the bonus room is detached so you need to walk a short ways outside uncovered. Would definitely look to stay again. Thanks!

Great Family retreat

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Although the check-in was delayed because of the cleaning necessary from the previous tenant, communication with Danielle and Nat was excellent and because of the late check-in they allowed us the check-out a bit later. The place had everything we needed for our short stay and showed care and thought of what renters would need for a great vacation. Except for the wifi signal being weak upstairs (due to extender malfunction) we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for the wonderful memories we will keep with us!

Great but better equipped would make it amazing

Very comfortable for our group of six. We really enjoyed the beautiful location and the stunning view—such a peaceful spot! The indoor and outdoor living and dining areas were especially comfortable, and the bedrooms were cozy and restful. The kitchen had a nice variety of spices, which was a thoughtful touch.However, there were a few areas that could use attention. The kitchen should be better stocked for a home of this size, and the dishwasher should be serviced or replaced. Housekeeping had some missed areas.Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but with a few small improvements, this rental could be even better.

Spring Break getaway

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The size was perfect for our group. We had 3 sisters in our 50’s with our children and grandchildren aged 7-16. We ALL had a blast! Our teens LOVED the loft room and upper deck and we loved the spacing of the rest of the bedrooms. The location is perfect - ocean views from almost every room, minutes from boardwalk fun and grocery stores. The elevator was a much appreciated bonus feature when unloading and loading vehicles. TV’s with cable and streaming helped a LOT as it rained quite a bit - the kids didn’t even notice I think! Please note the hot tub is SEASONAL!!! I did not know that when I booked! Probably STUNNING roof top deck in season! The house was very clean and smelled great! All of the beds (even the futon) are super comfy and clean! Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Beach Time

The home is beautiful, just as listed on VRBO. Comfortable beds, easy to use heat and A/C, good showers. We didn’t cook but there were adequate supplies in the kitchen like coffee maker and cleaning supplies (another cutting board and large trays would be a benefit). We didn’t use the hot tub but it seemed easy enough to use given the instructions from the host. The check in process was a little late as I believe VRBO was having an issue with the site; fortunately the host responded to text and we got it sorted. Finally the rental would benefit from a paper file in the home that lists the very helpful information on TV remotes, hot tub process, trash etc etc. The host did send all the necessary information in a very comprehensive text but we were 6 adults who all needed the information and a file folder would have donor the trick. Thanks it was lovely.

Beautiful home with elevator

The house is immaculate! Elevator was a huge plus for the "mature" family members with us! As another reviewer said, the kitchen needs a lot more utensils, plates, etc. No linens are provided including quilts or comforters. We have only rented in this area once before and they didn't provide linens, but they did have quilts on all of the beds (not sure what the norm is). Even with the hiccup of having to make a run for blankets, I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Excellent family friendly Ortley Beach property

We had 11 in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is right on the beach and a short walk to the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. The rooftop hot tub and fire pit were nice bonuses and we used them frequently. Danielle was easy to work with and very attentive and available. I would definitely recommend this property for large families.

Loved the home

Can use more kitchen gadgets. No toaster, no wooden spoons, not enough dishes, kitchen was not set up for entertaining. For price would have liked linens. And towels bicycles and chairs locked.

This house is brand new and gorgeous. Amazing location right across from the beach with spectacular views, especially from the roof deck. Perfect for families with young kids as there is lots within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back next year!
