Villa Le More is a private country house located in Monte Colombo, which belongs to the municipality of Sirolo and to the Conero Park. The villa is set in a dominant position with a breathtaking view ranging from the coast, visible up to Civitanova Marche, till the Sibillini Mountains and the Gran Sasso. Sea, mountains and in the middle the thousand small cities that make this land unique: on all stand out the Basilica of Loreto and Recanati with its 'Colle dell’Infinito”.
The Villa is composed by two floors, for a total of about 250 squaremeters.
The groundfloor is a large open-plan living area with masonry sofas and a large central fireplace, with a TV and a kitchen full of accessories, including a Nespresso coffee machine. There are also a master bedroom, which directly overlooks the garden, and two bathrooms. The living area is connected to a large wooden pergola set up with table for pleasant living outside. The upper floor has a double bedroom, three master bedrooms (one including an en-suite bathroom), all equipped with independent air conditioning, and two shared bathrooms. There’s also a large covered terrace in a panoramic position, ideal for relax moments spent reading a book or simply enjoying a good glass of Rosso Conero or of Verdicchio, two of the best local wines.
In the large and well-maintained garden there’s a beautiful 15-meters swimming pool set in a panoramic position, with a solarium and a shower, a wood-burning oven and a barbecue as well. In a secluded position you can take advantage of a private parking, covered for three cars and uncovered for two more.
The area is known for its food and wine tours with a varied range of wineries, restaurants and trattorie, all of excellent quality.
Villa Le More is moreover located within incredible routes both for walkers and mountain bikers. These include the Anello della pecorara and lots of others, thanks to which you can get from Monte Colombo to the Conero and along the cliffs down to the sea.
For horseriding lovers there’s a very popular riding school a few kilometers away from the house, in order to have unforgettable trips inside the dense Mediterranean scrub that covers the mountain and reaches the sea.
The Conero Golf Club is just a 5-minute-drive away and offers the chance to enjoy a wonderful 18-hole course plus 5 executive holes.
Despite being just a few minutes away from the glittering villages of Sirolo and Numana, which are perched on the cliffs of Conero, the villa is fully immersed in nature and tranquility.
The nearest beach is St. Michael, which is just 4 kms away. The wonderful Portonovo Bay is about 15 minutes away. Also recommended is the "Two Sisters" beach, a natural paradise that can only be reached by boat, thanks to trips organized by the Numana Tourist Port, which offers safe harbor even to large yachts.
The Marches are a land of manufacture and elegance with company outlets always available such as TOD'S and PRADA ones, at just 40 minutes drive away.
The most recommended destinations are Ancona, whose origins are Doric, Loreto, with its Sanctuary, Recanati and Osimo, with their millennial history, all about 20-minutes drive away.
Ascoli Piceno, Urbino, Macerata and the wonderful Caves of Frasassi are some of the suggested destinations for one-day trips, in order to live the traditions and the nature of this region.
Ancona-Falconara airport is a 30-minute drive as well as the train station and the port of Ancona.

The residence is ideal for a relaxing holiday for families with children, who are welcome. Please note that the private pool is not fenced and for one part the depth is almost 2 meters. Guests use it entirely at their own risk and under their sole responsibility.
Main rules and tricks for the pool:
It is forbidden to dive, to run around the pool, to get into the house wet.
Children must be always accompanied.
Take a shower before entering the pool.
The lease agreement is signed by a physical person and not a company.

Swimming pool: both in the residence, in the garden and in the swimming pool, children are welcome. The swimming pool is equipped with a comfortable staircase for a progressive and easy entry even for children, elderly people and people with small mobility difficulties. This is a private swimming pool for exclusive use that is NOT fenced and in one part the depth is almost 2 metres. Guests use it entirely at their own risk and under their sole responsibility.

Main rules for using the swimming pool: No diving, running around the pool, entering the house wet. Children always accompanied. Shower before entering the pool.

Rental contract: to be signed upon arrival for shared acceptance of the rental conditions.
