Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das gilt für die Küche, die Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer, den Außenbereich und den Pool. Dieser ist sehr groß und sauber. Da er etwas vom Wohnhaus getrennt liegt, ist die Nutzung (spät am Abend) möglich, ohne Schlafende im Wohnhaus zu stören. Außerdem steht das Haus ohne Nachbarn auf dem Berg, so dass man weder gestört wird noch andere stört. Der Blick von Pool oder Terrasse ist fantastisch. Das Parken auf dem Grundstück ist auch für mehrere Autos möglich. Mehrere Familien können hier gut gemeinsam Urlaub machen. Der Kontakt zu der sehr netten Vermittlerin/Verwalterin/Betreuerin war sehr leicht möglich und sehr freundlich. Sie war immer gut zu erreichen und half gerne (Tipps etc.). Das war umso wichtiger, da die Gastgeber (auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!) nur italienisch sprechen.Zur Erkundung der Gegend ist ein Auto nötig. Ein sehr entspannter und angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Gerne stelle ich ein kleines Detail richtig: Ich bin die Gastgeberin und spreche mehrere Sprachen – unsere Haushälter vor Ort, die sich so liebevoll um das Haus kümmern, sprechen Italienisch. Die Verwechslung ist übrigens verständlich und ehrt uns fast: Die beiden sind mir inzwischen wie Familie ans Herz gewachsen und betreuen das Haus, als wäre es ihr eigenes… Schön, dass Sie sich so gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben – wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie und Ihre Familie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Traumhafter urlaub, das haus, derr pool und die Aussicht waren unbeschreiblich schön. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super freundlicher Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Wir acht kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumhaftes Anwesen in Montefano!

Ein wundervolles, kühles, geräumiges Haus mit herrlichem grossen Pool! Genug Platz für die ganze Familie in Sonne und Schatten. Der Garten ein Traum! Wir durften die gerade reifen Feigen ernten und haben Siesta im Schatten von Maulbeerbäumen gehalten. Das Ganze ist in Mitten von Weizen- und Sonnenblumfeldern gelegen mit unvergesslichem Blick über die Hügel der Marken mit vielen kleinen historischen, mittelalterlichen Städtchen. Es gibt viel zu entdecken weit weg vom Massentourismus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Adresse als Geheimtipp weiterempfehlen. Eine Rückkehr nächstes Jahr haben wir gleich geplant.
