Nestled in the heart of London, this exceptional home offers a truly extraordinary experience, serving as the perfect base for your adventures in the city. **The Space:**
This property, located on the first floor ( there are stairs), boasts three bedrooms, each meticulously curated to provide comfort and style. The master bedroom features a double sized bed, while the second features two single beds, and the third bedroom, tucked away in the cozy loft, offers another double bed. Please note that the loft bedroom has restricted height ceilings and is best suited for children or adults of shorter height.

The interior of the house has been freshly remodelled by the talented designer, ensuring a harmonious blend of Victorian charm and minimalism. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washer, fridge freezer, oven, hob, and microwave. The living room is bathed in natural light, emanating a warm and inviting ambiance. Large windows grace the rooms, allowing you to bask in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

- Pets can be accepted at an extra charge of £50
- Travel cot and high chair can be provided at an extra charge of £42
- Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours. We have CCTV at the front and back of the house.
- Please note that the TV does not have free to air channels.
- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- Please note that this is a living property and wear and tear is present, not everything is perfect but has been carefully treated and chosen to be a home away from home.
- There is parking available for 1 car on the driveway, please request this before hand. IMPORTANT' there has been a new regulation on the street that the street is a pedestrian zone with no vehicles allowed between 8:15 - 9:15 am and 2:45 and 3:45pm'
- My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap. The cleaning fee consists of the linen price and the clean.

The Grove
The pics on the online listing can be a little misleading. It is not as spacious as shown. The loacation of the property is excellent shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equiped. I am happy to recommend the property to anyone who wants a cosy stay with easy access to amenities. The host was responsive and proactive. Issues were resovled quickly.

Great location and property
We really enjoyed our stay here. First the area is great. Super easy walk over to a bunch of fun restaurants and soet of a hipster vibe. The place is definitely older, and nothing fancy but it’s well-maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are tiny but brand new. Good communication with property manager.

Access and Cleaniness
My family loved our stay. The property is clean and close to EVERYTHING. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything one would need. We walked to pubs and restaurants for great times and food. The tube is a short 4-5 minute walk and you can access anything London has to offer. In addition, it's one stop on the Heathrow Express so getting in out of Heathrow was SUPER easy. When we head back to London, we will stay here again.
