Die gebuchte Ferienwohnung stand bei unserer Ankunft nicht zur Verfügung/ gab es nicht mehr, sodass wir abends kurzfristig gezwungen waren, eine Ausweichunterkunft zu suchen.Die dabei erhaltene Unterstützung war leider nur mittelmäßig. Der telefonische Kontakt war schwer verständlich und konnte keine klaren Auskünfte geben. Zudem wurde uns eine E-Mail innerhalb weniger Minuten zugesagt, diese traf jedoch erst deutlich später ein. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt konnten wir nicht mehr darauf warten, da es bereits sehr spät war und wir in der Hochsaison nur mit erheblichem Aufwand und viel Glück noch eine andere Unterkunft finden konnten.In der Folge wurde ich täglich kontaktiert, um die erforderlichen Unterlagen einzureichen. Dafür benötigten wir mehr Zeit; die wiederholten Kontaktaufnahmen empfanden wir in dieser Situation als zusätzlich belastend.Insgesamt können wir diesen Aufenthalt daher leider nicht positiv bewerten.
