If you are looking for a place right in the middle of it all, look no further. The location is right in the centre of all of the shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the main road for Tour pick ups. Grocery store is a three minute walk and the best pizza in Sorrento is right downstairs. 100% will stay here again on our next trip to Italy.. The accommodations were comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for how busy the neighbourhood is.The host is always accessible and answers back in a timely matter..100/10.

If you want to feel like you have become a Sorrento local, Doris House is for you. Set in the heart of Sorrento's most popular area, everything is a short walk away. From going up the street to a local supermarket for every day needs to having one Sorrento's best pizza places below your apartment ... you melt into Sorrento. The apartment makes you feel comfortable and at home and has all you need for your stay. Doris was incredibly responsive and helpful. Truly a great host. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Doris House was amazing! We loved the apartment and wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was clean and the check in process was very smooth. We were able to contact the host with any questions and she was very helpful, even setting up transportation to and from Naples for us. The location was superb, close to shops, restaurants and everything we needed. Being above Frankie's Pizza Bar was delightful! If we are able to return to Sorrento, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay in Sorrento

Very happy with the rental, location and management. Plus being located right next to a great restaurant that not only had good food, but also was able to easily accommodate my wife’s food allergies.

We loved how everything is just steps away from shops, restaurants, market and the beach. The place was clean, comfortable, and the AC worked like a charm (very tough to find in Italy)! It was very safe, Doris and Silvia were incredible communicators, and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else the next time we come to Sorrento. 100/10 recommend! :)

Beautiful central apartment

Great location! Easy to communicate with owner. Very nice would recommend. The living room furniture a bit uncomfortable but beds were fine!

The living room corner has only a sofa with a TV, as you can see in the photo. That sofa serves as a bed, so as a sofa, it is a bit uncomfortable to watch TV, but as a bed it is very comfortable. I think it is not relevant for those who come on holiday, especially in the middle of summer, when you are always out and about visiting the wonders of the country. I am happy that you liked everything else. Thank you.

This 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Sorrento has good amenities, is very clean, and is within easy walking distance to the port, shopping and the beaches. It's very close to many great restaurants. Given it's proximity to eveything, the street noise can be loud at times.

Sorrento Holiday.

Excellent stay in Sorrento. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need. Everything is close and convenient. The hostess was very responsive to all our questions and very helpful prior to arrival with recommendations.

Love the Doris House

My daughter and I spent six nights at the Doris House and had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It's located in the middle of Sorrento, close to everything. It had plenty of space and lots of amenities. I would recommend her property to anyone planning to visit Sorrento.

Our week in Sorrento

Lovely week in Sorrento made all the more enjoyable with our choice of staying at Doris House. Superb location in the heart of the old town. What was even better was the communication and helpfulness of owner Dolores. Quick to reply to any question and her willingness to help us with our transportation was most appreciated. Highly recommend this apartment.

The Doris House was in a great location in the heart of the old city! Everything we needed orWanted to do was within walking distance. The house itself was comfortable and spacious. The best part, however, was Doris! She was always responsive and accommodating and helped us book an amazing driver from the Naples airport, Vincenzo! She also helped us arrange two great tours to the Amalfi Coast and to Capri. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Lovely Doris House

The property was as clean and pretty as advertised. It is roomy and comfortable and well located to make walking around Sorrento easy. The proprietor met us upon arrival to show us how everything worked. It was wonderful. I recommend it.

Perfection. Location is convenient for walking around the city. Apartment is very spacious and lovely. Frankie from the pizza shop next door is great as is his restaurant. The balcony is fun for people watching and fresh air. Just up the street is the main walkway with shops and restaurants. All communication was easy. Can’t say enough good things about this place. .

sweet spot

WE loved this little place. Was everything we needed. Great location. Frankie the owner of the pizza place downstairs met us and gave us great info. Have to try his pizza, a must! the apartment was very nice. Only thing was the bed was a little hard. Loved, Sorrento!
