Family vacation

Our family vacation with 8 adults and 5 children was great. Spent a lot of time in the swimming pool, and the bedrooms were nice and cool from the aircondition.

You stayed at the Villa at the end of April, when the external temperature is normally between 10 and 20 degrees, depending on the weather; we always open the swiming pool at the beginning of the season, but of course the pool's water temperature during the month of April is always cold, as it is not heated, as the majority of swimming pools.

Beautiful place

We were a group totally 10 people ..siblings, sister in law and nephews spending 5 amazing days at ”Villa Bella”. Beautiful and well equipped house, beautiful surroundings and the vicinity of Lago Di Garda, Brescia, Lago D’Iseo etc.Diego our host - fantastic is the best way to describe him!

A lovely spot in the country.

The house provides a large number of bedrooms spread over 3 floors. It was an excellent set up for our family. One couple and child on the first floor, two large bedrooms and bathroom. My wife and I on the middle floor with one Bedroom while my son's family were in the 3 large bedrooms on the upper floor. The pool was wonderful for the kids and adults and cared for twice a week. Air con in all room. The host Deigo was excellent and quick to react to any request we had. Also a fellow with a wonderful sense of humour.

Séjour inoubliable à la Villa Bella – un petit coin de paradis près de Densezano del Garda Brescia.Nous avons eu le bonheur de séjourner à la Villa Bella, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Située dans un cadre paisible et verdoyant, cette magnifique villa combine charme, confort et emplacement idéal. À seulement 1h30 de Venise et Milan, et à 40 minutes de Vérone, elle est parfaite pour explorer les trésors du nord de l’Italie tout en profitant du calme de la campagne.La maison est impeccablement entretenue, décorée avec goût, et équipée de tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour relaxant. Les espaces extérieurs sont tout simplement splendides — parfaits pour les repas en plein air ou les moments de détente au soleil. 6 Chambres et 3 salles de bain.Un immense merci à Diego, notre hôte, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils. Il a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable par sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.Nous recommandons la Villa Bella sans hésitation à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade authentique, confortable et bien située. Lasipöydät oli vähän pelottavia pienen lapsen kanssa sekä avoimet portaat. Mutta kaikki sujui kuitenkin hyvin kun oli useampi aikuinen vahtimassa pikkulasta. Hieno ja tilava huvila meidän 11 henkilön porukalle.Upea uimaallas sekä piha alue.

Sehr sauberes Haus mit grosser Küche/Essraum und grossen Zimmern.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und für ein grosse Familie ideal. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und absolut sauber. Es hat fast alles gepasst. Lediglich die Duschen in den Zimmern waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Wasser war oft viel zu heiss und sehr schlecht einstellbar. In der unmittelbaren Nähe des Hauses wurde am Samstag und einmal auch am Sonntag für 2 Stunden mit Gartengeräten (Freischneider und Laubbläser) hantiert. Die Alarmanlage im Haus ist nutzlos, da sie plötzlich ohne Grund losgeht und nur mühsam wieder abgestellt werden konnte. Allgemein besteht ein kleiner Renovationsstau im Haus, wobei natürlich zu sagen ist, dass wir auch relativ hohe Qualitätsansprüche haben. Die Kommunikation mit Diego Angeli war TOP, vielen Dank.

Guten Tag, wir danken Ihnen für Ihre ausführlichen Kommentare zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in der Villa Bella und freuen uns, dass er Ihnen gefallen hat. Was die Temperatur des Warmwassers betrifft, werden wir die Einstellungen überprüfen, dies wurde uns von früheren Gästen nie gemeldet. Das Alarmsystem ist deaktiviert, aber bei einem Stromausfall, wie er bei einem starken Sturm kurzzeitig auftreten kann, wird das System aktiviert, und Sie müssen den Code eingeben, um es zu deaktivieren. Die gesamte Villa wurde vor drei Jahren komplett mit neuen, hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet, und vor einem Monat haben wir auch zwei neue Betten aufgestellt. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Störung, die die Nachbarn durch die Pflege ihrer Gärten verursacht haben, leider haben wir darauf keinen Einfluss.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Die Villa war sehr sauber, der Verwalter sehr zuvorkommend. Das einzige negative waren die Fliesen um den Pool. Diese sind sehr rutschig. Zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind sind dort ausgerutscht, also aufpassen! Um den pool gibt es sehr viele Ameisen, das ist etwas nervig. Da die Villa vor unserer Ankunft einige Tage leer stand, hätten wir erwartet, dass der Rasen gemäht wird. Er war sehr hoch, viel Klee und dadurch auch viele Bienen. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist top, besonders die Fliegengitter an jedem Schlafzimmer.

Guten Tag, unser Wartungspersonal reinigt den Pool und mäht den Rasen bei jedem Gästewechsel, daher entschuldige ich mich, wenn Sie vergessen haben, ihn vor Ihrer Ankunft zu mähen; wenn Sie uns während Ihres Aufenthalts informiert hätten, hätten wir ihn gemäht, auch weil das Personal den Pool auch während des Aufenthalts der Gäste reinigt; die Fliesen rund um den Pool sind rutschfest, natürlich muss man mit nassen Füßen trotzdem ein wenig vorsichtig sein, um nicht auszurutschen. Leider kann es vorkommen, dass sich ein paar Ameisen auf dem Rasen befinden. Wir freuen uns jedoch, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in der Villa Bella genossen haben.

Urlaub 2023.05.19 - 26

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 4 Ehepaare und eine Einzelperson. Die Einweisung durch den Vermieter war einwandfrei Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und alles war sauber. Der in der Beschreibung angegebene Toaster war nicht vorhanden. Die Zimmer im Untergeschoß, konnten nicht beheizt werden. Dies wurde vom Vermieter auch gesagt. Das sollte geändert werden, da die Zimmer dadurch ein leichte Feuchtigkeit haben, was sich auch auf Bettwäsche und Kleidung überträgt. Es ist dann einfach kein gemütliches Zimmer. Grappagläser konnten wir keine finden!! Ansonsten war alles super.

Ich bestätige, dass es in der Villa einen Toaster gibt, er steht auf einem Regal in der Küche und Sie haben ihn nicht gesehen. Die Räume im Erdgeschoss werden durch die Zentralheizung der Villa beheizt, die im Frühjahr und Sommer ausgeschaltet ist, weil die Außentemperaturen es nicht notwendig machen, sie zu benutzen; die Räume in den oberen Etagen haben Wärmepumpen, die sowohl warme als auch kalte Luft erzeugen, zusätzlich zur Zentralheizung. Leider waren die Tage Ihres Aufenthalts besonders regnerisch, so dass es sein kann, dass Sie die Feuchtigkeit im Erdgeschoss und nicht in den oberen Stockwerken gespürt haben.
