Villa Silvia is located in Solarolo, a hamlet of Manerba del Garda, in a quiet position with numerous services within easy reach on foot.

The Villa is newly built and offers all the comforts for your holiday, including air conditioning and underfloor heating with controlled humidity and a private heated swimming pool.

Villa Silvia is surrounded on all sides by its own private garden, and by the swimming pool measuring 7.50 x 3.40/5.00 metres and a depth of 1.35, which is accessed by a convenient flight of steps; the water heating system guarantees a minimum water temperature of 25 degrees during the cooler season (the pool is open from the beginning of April to the end of October); in front of the pool there is a large porch with a dining table for eating outside in the shade and a barbecue for outdoor cooking.

On the ground floor the living room has a dining table, sofa and smart TV (with international satellite channels), a separate kitchen with all electrical appliances (fridge with separate freezer compartment, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, ventilated oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle), a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with shower cubicle.

A convenient internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the large double bedroom is located, from which there is access to a terrace and a complete bathroom.
The basement has a further large living room, complete with sofa and Smart TV, from which there is access to the further rooms: a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds, the third complete bathroom, and the laundry room complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and washing tub.
All the rooms on the basement floor are fitted with bay windows, which are particularly bright because they are very large.

The Villa can therefore accommodate up to 10 people, with three double rooms and two rooms with two single beds each.

Villa Silvia also has uncovered parking space for two cars; in the immediate vicinity of the Villa there are also several free parking spaces.

The Villa was recently completed, and all of its facilities are new and of high quality, so that you can enjoy a holiday in the utmost comfort.

At a short distance you will find all the necessary services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc.), but at the same time you will have a lot of peace and privacy, as it is located in a residential area in the middle of the green and with no traffic passage; it is possible to stay in the Villa without a private means of transport, but this is highly recommended in order to be able to comfortably visit all the attractions that the Lake Garda area offers.
Villa Silvia is the ideal solution for families with children; although it is completely autonomous and separate from other dwellings, it is appreciated during the evening and night hours to respect the quietness of the area and the nearby villas.

The rental price includes:
- Hot and cold water;
- Electricity;
- Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet;
- Smart TV with Netflix (movies on demand) and international satellite channels;
- Underfloor air conditioning with controlled dehumidification on the ground floor and first floor;
- Private garden and heated private swimming pool for exclusive use; a minimum water temperature of 25 degrees is guaranteed during the period from 1 May to 30 September; during the months of April and October, although the pool is open and heated, for technical reasons the minimum temperature of 25 degrees is not guaranteed;
- Bed linen, towels with weekly change and pool towel;
- Final cleaning.

The following costs are not included and must be paid on arrival:
- Municipal Tourist Tax of € 1.00 per day per person over the age of 14.

On arrival you will be welcomed directly by our staff, who will explain the main features of the Villa and will be available during your stay for any information or problems.
