Nice rural house in the center of the island has a private pool, barbecue table tennis and soccer goals for children, it is ideal for a family holiday surrounded by a quiet rural area. The airport is 45 minutes away and the beaches and coves of Mallorca 35 minutes away. The restaurant and supermarkets are 3 minutes away. Very easy access from the highway. It is in the center of the cycling routes.

Our time in the house was fascinating, the place is beautiful, the house quiet, spacious and friendly. The host is very friendly and was always available for all the questions we had and to help us in everything.

Had a great stay at this house in Inca. The landlord was really helpful and service minded. Everything was as expected, will hopefully be back to rent this house again 😄

We had a fantastic 10 nights in this beautiful house with lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. The house has everything as described in the listing, the table tennis and the billiards were a added bonus. Antonia was lovely and came over to introduce herself, handed me a lovely bottle of white wine and told us to contact her if we needed anything. The location was great. Shops were only a 4 minute drive away. Highly recommend, perfect for a family

Great rustic property good central location

We stayed for 7 nights and had a fantastic time. The Villa is very well equipped with everything you could need. Very spacious inside and out, good sized pool, plenty to do including a pool table and table tennis. It’s location is very good to explore the Island and we enjoyed going in to Inca 2-3 times to eat. Supermarket choice is good and 3-4 are about 2 minutes away . We got the train from Inca into Palma which was very easy. The lady we booked with (Magdalena) was very helpful and accommodating. The Air conditioning was very effective as it was August, could do with another unit in the upstairs master bedroom but the 2 fans made in cool and comfortable to sleep with no problem. Thanks

Die Finca ist perfekt gelegen, sehr ruhige Gegend, jedoch sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Toller Pool. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin über Whatsapp lief problemlos!

Nous avons passé un super moment. La propriété était bien située et avait tout pour amuser les enfants, de la piscine au terrain de soccer, en passant par la table de ping pong et billards. La communication avec la propriétaire était très bonne et elle répondait rapidement si nous avions des problèmes/questions en cours de route.

Supermärkte zwar um die Ecke, aber nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen (man muss über eine Art Autobahn). Viele Stechmücken am Nachmittag/Abend. Schönes Häuschen, alles da was man braucht. Outdoorgrill war super. Schnelle Kommunikation mit Antonia via WhatsApp.

Sehr schöne Finca für 6 Personen mit Kind

Die Finca und die Fläche ist optimal für einen Familienurlaub. Der Pool ist super, hat verschiedene Tiefen bis 2,20m. Es gibt jede Menge Tiere auf dem Anwesen, die natürlich abgezäunt sind. aber hin und wieder veriirrte sich ein Huhn ☺️. Es kam immer ein älterer Herr, der uns sogar Eier von den Hühnern gebracht hatte. Auch war alles sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Lage ist perfekt,um in alle Richtungen los zu fahren. Die Gastgeberin hat mit ihren Gesten(Wasserspielzeug für den Kleinen) und ihrer Freundlichkeit überzeugt. In allem wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les lieux étaient propres et conformes aux photos de l’annonce. Le seul petit point négatif a été la présence d’un coq, qui a quelque peu perturbé notre sommeil… ^^
