Super Unterkunft um Olbia und Umgebung zu erkunden

Sehr nette Vermieter mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Vielen Dank Sergio! Liebevoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allein nutzbarer Sonnenheschützter Terrasse zur Straßenseite. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Innenhof eine gemeinsam genutzte Terrasse. Zentrale Lage, in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreicht man die Fußgängerzone/den Hafen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. In unserem Reisezeitraum Ende September fanden sich ausreichend öffentliche, kostenfreie Parkplätze bei der Umterkunft.

wunderschöne Wohnung in Olbia

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter Sergio war super freundlich und willkommenheißend. Die direkte Umgebung ist leider etwas laut (viel Verkehr), dafür ist man aber schnell in der Innenstadt und zu den schönen Stränden braucht man etwa 30 min. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Tolle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Das Apartment ist sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super einfach, schnell und sehr freundlich. Ein Supermarkt der Kette MD befindet sich nur 100m vom Apartment entfernt und ist täglich geöffnet. In 300m Entfernung befindet sich der Stadtpark Parco Fausto Notce . Die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 min. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Danke!

Soggiorno splendido!

Io e la mia fidanzata ci siamo trovati molto bene. I padroni sono molto gentili e disponibili, la casa è molto accogliente, tenuta in ordine, fresca e pulita con la giusta sanificazione. Nei dintorni si trovano un paio di supermercati, pizzerie, bar e un parco bellissimo, raggiungibili a piedi facendo una passeggiata. A pochi metri si trova anche il centro che è molto carino. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di aver scelto loro e sicuramente torneremo. Consigliatissima!

Découverte de Olbia (Sardaigne)

Propriété très agréable, propre, bien équipée et propriétaires très à l'écoute. La résidence est à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville et des commerces de première nécessité tout proche. Seul inconvénient la rue à proximité est très fréquentée et bruyante.

Very nice apartment, I would certainly recommend it.

Lovely apartment which was everything we required. We know the area because we have been in olbia previously. This apartment is very central for town and beaches. Owners were very nice . I would rent this property again.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Wir waren im August 2019 für sechs Nächte in dem Apartment und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr sauber, groß und super ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super einfach, schnell und sehr freundlich. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Veranda mit großem Tisch und der kleine Innenhof hinter dem Apartment. Ein Supermarkt der Kette MD befindet sich nur 100m vom Apartment entfernt und ist täglich geöffnet. In 700m Entfernung befindet sich die Haltestelle Via San Simplicio, von welcher man schnell und problemlos zu schönen Stränden (zum Beispiel Le Saline oder Porto Istana) gelangt. Die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 min. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Danke!

Bellissimo soggiorno

Ottimo appartamento, attrezzato in tutto, collocato in posizione strategica ad Olbia a pochi passi dal centro della movida locale. Struttura a pochi km dal mare inoltre per chi è automunito permette di raggiungere in meno di 30 min le spiagge più belle del litorale nonché posti incantevoli come Porto Cervo e San Teodoro. Da sottolineare la disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria della struttura.

Our host were from day one: Absolutely polite, kind and helpful. The apartment is TOP, clean and has everything you really need for your vacation and even with two terraces. We felt so comfortable in their apartment. There is a pizzeria with SUPER delicious pizza just a minute from the apartment and a supermarket as well. Not so far away typical Italian restaurants, a huge park area that is fantastic. The city centre is nearby and bus stops too. Simply the house is very good placed. We have nothing to complain about. Lina and Sergio have to be the best hosts in Olbia!!! Many thanks!!! We will miss them ... And we hope to see them again.
