We shared the most up-to-date information available and clarified that the property is located in the Republic of Cyprus, where travel and flights were continuing as normal, and that separate advisories relating to other locations, did not apply to your booking. As outlined at the time of booking through VRBO, the reservation was subject to the agreed cancellation terms. While we were unable to offer a full refund outside of these conditions, a partial refund option was available, and we also suggested reviewing your travel insurance should you have chosen not to travel.
