« Finca Madinina, feel Nicaragua’s heartbeat !»
Within a beautiful, fresh/cool and very quiet finca (3.25 hectares flat land), escape from the noise and suffocating towns' heat, without being isolated!! (only 20 minutes driving from Granada, close to Diriomo village, which offers all amenities/commodities)
With an amazing view of the volcano Mombacho and not far from the Laguna Apoyo, we have 2 private houses to rent (each with 2 bedrooms. furnished or not) with a big swimming pool, contract
on a daily or long term basis.
Also, the rental comes with "free benefits" of fruits/veg. which grow in abundance from this volcanic and fertile land. (coco, mango, bananas, cacao, café, oranges, lemons etc..)
Free vigilance (cameras) and caretaker (3 times a week)
High quality speed unlimited internet. (ideal to work from home). TV + Cable and much more..
