A great spot to stay when visiting Pigeon Forge. So close to all PF has to offer but yet at the same time off the beaten path.
The house was clean and provided us a comfortable, quiet place to relax at the end of the day. Being able to fish in the river out front was a great bonus! The fishing decor throughout the house was much appreciated :)
Home is easily accessed and 4 minutes from town without all the traffic. Clean home. Large back yard at end of street and backs up to lovely creek w plenty of geese and fish.
We liked the location of this cabin in Pigeon Forge. Everything was clean and we loved the hot tub. My only complaint… the beds. The mattresses on both beds were too firm with very little cushion. Other than that, it was great.
We enjoyed our stay, the staff at Fireside chalets was extremely helpful! The only negative thing I have to say is about the cleaning company, our towels were dirty when we arrived they had make up and hair all over them, none of the blankets in the closet were folded they were thrown in there as was the robes in the drawer we went and bought laundry detergent and rewashed everything because we were uncomfortable.

I won't be back to this one
Beds were so hard that we couldn't sleep so of course that affected the whole trip. Sheets looked dirty and floor wasn't real clean. I loved the hot tub and the location and everything else about the place was great. I just prefer a place where I can actually sleep with cleans sheets too!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and the setting was beautiful. It was minutes by car from activities in Pigeon Forge but situated in a peaceful, picturesque location. We will definitely stay here again.
GPS did not get us there because it was the wrong address - but we found it, nestled at the end of a cul de sac. It was great to have the "car port" under the whole house for when it rained. We enjoyed watching several families of geese down by the creek, but they were a bit too territorial for us to venture down to the water very much.
Upon check in (around 1am by the time we made the 6 hour drive), I did the inspection they requested and emailed them about previous damages. I also mentioned to them that the bathrooms were especially dusty - like the kind of dust that gets stuck to the walls when it's wet? They very promptly called us in the morning to get maids back over there within the hour. However, on returning home, though we could smell the cleaner they'd used, the walls were still incredibly dusty. I ended up wiping the worst parts with a wet paper towel rather than contacting them again. I'm honestly not a super picky person, and I found myself wishing they provided more dish rags so I could just take care of it myself.
All the main surfaces seemed clean, they just were not detailed about cleaning things like the air return, the stove vent, the ceilings around the bathroom vents, the moulding of the doors, etc. All of these were really dusty. I'm hopeful they will see this review and inspect what their cleaning service does or give a more detailed list of things to be cleaned so future visitors will think I'm making it all up.
When we had an issue with our a/c, they had a repair man out within half an hour. I was very much impressed with how quickly they took care of issues (even with the speed of sending out the cleaners, even though they didn't end up cleaning what I'd requested).
The kitchen had most everything we could need as far as dishes go! Even a small casserole dish, and a pot big enough for a box of spaghetti, which isn't always the case at rentals.
Having two king beds was awesome! As far as sleeping 6, I assumed there would be a sleeper sofa, but there wasn't. My 4 year old ended up fitting perfectly sleeping on the love seat. We saw an air mattress in the closet that could be inflated to sleep the 6 it advertises. No big deal for us, but worth knowing!
My husband and kids loved the hot tub, and I loved the porch.
In general, we loved the cabin. I'd probably still stay there again, even if they don't clean more (though I hope they do!) We'd give it an 8/10
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It’s right beside the River so when sitting on the deck you can hear the water. Very relaxing. Also very close to all the shopping and activities in Pigeon Forge. Will definitely stay here again!
Very clean, great location. Easy check-in. Quiet area even though you are a short distance off the main parkway. Would recommend and would stay here again!
