About this property

Paradise found, only 50 feet from the ocean!

On our first visit to Papakea we knew we had found our home in paradise. Papakea Resort is an oceanfront resort with a true feeling of Aloha. From our ground floor unit, in the desirable G building, you can walk out 50 feet to the ocean or the pool, recline on a lounge under a palm tree on the lawn, or enjoy the ocean view from your very own lanai. In the evening dine on the lanai while watching the magnificent sunsets in full view for your pleasure.

G107 is an easily accessible ground floor unit - no need for stairs or elevators! The location is all you could want, Yyou will love being able to come and go through the lanai door to enjoy all that Papakea has to offer including two swimming pools and spas, beautiful Koi ponds, a putting green and a large grassy area for kids to play.

The living area has ample seating, including a queen size sleeper sofa with an 8.5 inch deep mattress and a rocker recliner. For your entertainment there is a 50 inch smart television and blu-ray player. There is also a selection of DVDS, board games, and puzzles. Books are available from the lending library at the Front Desk.

The dining table seats four, with additional seating on the ocean view lanai. There are also stools for seating at the kitchen bar.

The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with indoor and outdoor dishes and glasses, a full set of pots and pans as well as a full set of cooking utensils. There is a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The refrigerator has an ice maker. The unit also has its own washer and dryer.

The bedroom has a king size bed. A fresh cover is in place for each new guest. There is plenty of dresser and closet space. There is a tv and blu-ray player in the bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate vanity area, and a hair dryer. All linens including beach towels are provided.

Papakea has 13 oceanfront acres of beautiful tropical landscaping, vast lawns, peaceful lagoons, and bridges. There are two pools and two spas, two putting greens, two shuffleboard courts, and tennis courts and pickleball courts on the property. Putters and golf balls are available in the unit.

Championship golf courses are a short drive away. In addition, Papakea has its own Activity Desk, staffed by professionals who can help you plan any of the great activities that await you on the island of Maui.

For those of you who need to be connected, there is wireless internet access throughout the resort.

Grocery shopping is conveniently located directly across the street.

Great Place to Stay

Great location. Condo has plenty of room with large living area and large bedroom. Nice updated kitchen area. Great location in the Papakea complex. Pool and hot tub just outside the lanai door and just as the listing said, ocean steps away. Have stayed at Papakea before and this is the best we have had. Will stay here again (if we can get it.)

Paradise found is right!

Paradise found is the right name for this unit. We had a wonderful stay and had everything we needed. The host was super communicative and just lovely to be in touch with as we planned for our trip. This is our 3rd trip to Papakea and our favorite unit - we will be back. We love the laid back vibe of this resort. The condo had a great view of the ocean and right across from the pool which our kids loved. The pull out sofabed was also very comfortable, which is often not the case. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

Wonderful vacation condo!

My husband & I have rented the same condo in Maui for the last four years. The condo is in a great location, you could walk out of the patio and enjoy sitting right by the water. The condo is well maintained, has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer right in the unit. Well furnished. Right outside there’s a swimming pool & hot tub with five BBQ grilled that is cleaned every morning. We would definitely recommend this condo to any of our friends & family. The owners are very helpful with information, and pleasant people. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed in this unit March 18-28 and what an amazing place to stay! The grounds at Papakea are immaculate, quiet and conducive to Relaxing. The unit was wonderful, clean and had everything we needed. We ate every meal on the lanai table. It is so close to the ocean so sitting on the grass and realizing something was forgotten only meant a 30 second walk back to the room. The location across from supermarket was so handy. Jeannie, the owner was quick to respond and even accommodated a late check out for us because of our plane’s late departure. We would return in a heartbeat!

Excellent unit/excellent property (Papakea)

Jeannie has filled this pristine unit with thoughtful details - a notebook of favorites (restaurants/activities - early reservations at Sansei were spot on - best sushi ever), nightlights in kitchen (by the coffee maker!) and bath, mats outside on the lanai (we used that as our primary exit/entry when staying on property) and lots of spices/condiments + Binoculars for whale watching and a prior guest left beach chairs. Overall this is one of the nicest units we have stayed in - everything was clean, updated and in great condition. Easy instructions to use the TV (surprisingly not all owners think of this!) and the easy access to the pool, putting green and views of the whales were all appreciated. We can't wait to stay in Jeannie's unit again. This is the first time we have not had to contact an owner about some minor problem! Thank you for the privilege of staying in your wonderful Hawaiian home.

Perfect Paradise!

My husband and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at G107 in August, along with our 18 month old son, and couldn't have dreamed up a better first experience in Hawaii! We almost don't want the secret to get out! We mention our trip to Maui on a daily basis, and we can't wait to return to Papakea G107. Jeannie has done such a wonderful job with their unit, and she was a joy to work with. Answered any questions this first-timer had! Jeannie also provided a fantastic restaurant list, things to do, etc. and we hit many of the spots she recommended and enjoyed each one! The condo is located in one of the best spots on the entire property-gorgeous view, ground floor, steps away from the pool, grills, shuffle board courts, and putting greens. The property itself is centrally located, immaculate, and is only 10 minutes away from breathtaking beaches and bays. We had friends staying at the same property, and everyone plans on booking this unit in the future....as long as we aren't there!! Thank you again for the incredible place to lay our heads, we will be back!

This sweet condo was more than expected! Check in was easy it is a ground level condo the grounds are kept very clean, the condo was right across from the swimming pool which made it so much easier to see when it was busy or not and also we BBQ'd steaks one night that were so good. It was quiet, relaxing and just a few feet from the shore. Safeway grocery store close, but would recommend Costco or Walmart before you head to the condo. We will definitely stay here again! Mahalo

Papakea G-107 is a very nice bottom floor unit. Great access to the pool, BBQ, shuffle board and putt putt golf. The ocean is really close. you can sit on the lanai and gaze at the water! While there is no sandy beach - there is a wonderful grassy area with lounge chairs to hang and and watch the whales and sunset! The inside of the unit is updated and very comfortable. Internet access as been wonderful! There are beach chairs, an umbrella, a large cooler and noodles for the pool available for guests to use. The grocery store and an ABC store are within walking distance. The owners were extremely easy to work with and always responded if we had questions. Love this unit and hope to visit again someday soon!

We stayed in Papakea for 10 days and totally enjoyed every minute. The condo is in a great location; you can get up in the morning and have a cup of coffee on the patio and watch the sun rise or set and the waves crashing! it's very close to the putting green and pool. Like I said great location and they had everything in the condo you would need to have a great vacation. Thanks again!!

Sweet Spot Near Lahaina

Loved this property. Grounds are beautifully kept. The family vibe is quite nice. It's oceanfront, perfect for views of the sunsets, and whales when in residence. Access to other popular spots on that side of Maui is very easy. The condo was lovely, with the most comfortable furniture we've experienced in our travels.

What a complete enjoyable experience. This property is pristine. There was plenty of parking, a 2 minute walk. The pool is close, the ocean is close, there were plenty of lounges. Relaxing at it's best. We cannot wait to book this again.

We visited Papakea for many years and always thought that having a unit here would be a dream come true. Well, it has finally happened, we now own G107. We stayed in this unit many times and felt it was the very best location at Papakea, we think you will too. Papakea is a place where you automatically feel at home and sense the true spirit of Aloha. We live in San Jose, California and while we love living in the Bay Area, it is the beautiful sounds and sights of Maui that call us back again and again. We hope you will visit our Maui home soon.
