With its 2 double / twin rooms and 2 bathrooms, Mimosa can sleep 4 comfortably and, if required, another 1 or 2 on the sofa bed in the sitting room. The air-conditioning/heaterin the sitting room ensures a relatively cool summer & warm winter. There is a spacious terrace that overlooks the bay and Kotor city.

Why they chose this property

I love the combination of a relaxed "sun-and-sea" beach holiday with the diversion of a city where you can explore (I still get lost in Kotor!) and try out new restaurants, beach bars (try the lounge bar in Dobrota), and cafes.

What makes this property unique

The view from the terrace never fails to hold my attention. You have spectacular views of the bay and the city (which is lit up at night) and the passing traffic of people and vehicles is always interesting to observe (note that there is a road that runs the length of Kotor Bay so seafront properties are generally always separated by this small road. The terrace is fenced with a gate so no need to worry about children straying off the property).
