Watch the sunrise from one of your two porches while ships and shrimp boats pass by. Enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxation at the beach or see the sights in town. End the day with a freshly caught shrimp or seafood dinner in your home or at a local restaurant!

You’ll be sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome with free high-speed Wi-Fi at Tybee’s North Beach. The townhome is next to the beach sand dunes – there is a beach walkway through the dunes at the property providing direct access to the beach. You’ll also have a beach wagon to haul the provided beach chairs to the beach.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luxurious queen bed to provide optimal sleep time each night. Each bedroom also has cable TV and an attached full bath. The master also has a sofa bed, a walk-in closet, a dressing room with double sinks and a walk in shower & toilet. The 2 front bedrooms look out over the ocean and the old fort.

The living area is an open floor plan with comfortable seating for all and is furnished with a flat screen TV w/ VCR and DVD, a game table and a back deck. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, stainless pot and pans, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, blender and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a dining room table large enough to accommodate all.

The townhome has a large front porch and large top floor deck - great for viewing ocean, ships, stars, sunrise, and The Tybee Lighthouse. Two parking spaces are available.

As well as being right at the beach, the townhome is just steps away the North Beach Grill Bar and Restaurant, the Historic Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Screven Museum. You won’t need a car on the island; you can rent bikes or golf carts nearby.

We had such a great time at our townhouse! It is in a fantastic location, and really is just steps from the beach. Our family of six had a great time and there was plenty of room for all of us.The property was very clean, owner was super helpful. We highly, highly recommend this place!

Excellent location for a trip to the beach

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying at this townhouse, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Other than needing some updating inside, the house was perfect. Dan, the owner was so helpful and friendly. He helped us find out very quickly and easily where to bring the kids and where to get the best local food.

Great Time for All!

Check-in was super easy and quick. Communications with the owner was quick and he was super nice. The property is the perfect beach getaway for a small group. The bedrooms were well-decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is a good size with everything you might need.

Great Location

Great place to stay. It was very clean and plenty of room for the six of us. Parking is tight under the house. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurant and bar. I highly recommend this place.

what a lovely place-owner Dan is such a gracious host. Beach access was so close- kids had a ball riding their bikes and visiting the marine museum and JayCee park and playground right around the corner- will definitely return and can highly recommend- thanks again Dan!
