This property was great! It was very clean and close to everything. Dan was so kind and helpful. We loved it and if we ever come back, we will stay here!
From our initial contact...Dan was amazing. He went above and beyond when my son and his girlfriend were locked out as the rest of us were stuck when the road to the island closed for 3 hours. He went over and let them in. The location was perfect and comfortable! Looking forward to our next trip!
This was a nice place to stay on Tybee. Within walking distance to beach and lighthouse. Space could use some updating and more kitchen utensils (e.g., measuring cup and tea kettle) but overall a very good experience.

Opps, you most have not look in the drawers to the left of the stove, Pizza Cutter, Porch Dinner ware. so many measuring cups, cheese graters a plethora of mesauring spoons, cups ect!
Excellent location for a quiet, quick beach trip. Great location for beach access. Plenty of space to relax in home. Comfortable accommodations! Highly recommend. We will book again. Danny was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and sightsee.
Dan was great! The property was just as advertised - very clean and comfortable! The kids were really excited to be so close to the lighthouse and the beach!
The listing was very accurate. We really liked the location - an easy walk to restaurants and other sights. The unit was clean and worked well for three couples. The owner was charming - very personable and helpful with recommendations and local history.

Why they chose this property
We were searching for a place where our vacation would be about our time together, simple, not terribly commercialized or crowded. Tybee Island provided us just that. A vacation that reminded me of what vacations used to be like, or at least what I have always wanted them to be. Granted, you are going to need to like the people you are traveling with, because there isn't much to distract from their company. 😊 The property was built in the early 1980's so it is a little older, but it was very clean and the owner lives nearby, so if there are any issues, he could be there in no time at all. Speaking of, Dan was great! He met us at the property and started our stay with a little tour. The layout was fantastic 3/3 gave is plenty of room for personal space, but still enough common areas to play games and have family dinners at night. The view is fantastic, even in dreary days, it reminded us of the beach from the Series of Unfortunate events with the lighthouse looming in the background... could you ask for a better night light? And, walking to the beach... it doesn't take more than two minutes to hit the sand. We spent our days swimming in the ocean (with several wild dolphins), collecting shells, catching some sun, cooking fabulous seafood meals, playing games with each other and midnight walks on the beach. The only complaint I heard was that we should have planned to stay for two weeks as opposed to five days. 😊 We are hoping for a longer return trip next year! And, the basics: the kitchen was fully stocked (and I love to cook), the beds were incredibly comfortable (and I'm a little spoiled), and the towels were soft and new. Also, make sure you your the fort and lighthouse, go to the sugar shack for ice cream, and head to the crab shack for crab legs and the alligator pit. Super fun! My Response
Thanks! Best to all you all! Best Danny!
