Very quiet area and very well connected. The urbanization has a swimming pool with children's area, swings and green areas.
It is located 20 minutes from Santander, 35 minutes from Bilbao and 10 minutes from the beaches of Berria (Santoña), Noja and Laredo.

The house is very bright with very good east and south orientation.

I recommend my property because the urbanization is very quiet, the apartment is in very good condition and full equiped and it is very well located. Wonderful views over the nature reserve of Santoña and the mountains . The Cantabric motorway is just to 4-5 min., Santander (20 min.), Bilbao (30-35 minutes), Santillana del Mar (30 minutes) and the nearest beaches are 10 minutes away.
