The apartment is located in the center, but in a quiet area. The municipal market is 150 meters away, which makes it an ideal place to enjoy both the beach and the town. In addition, there are two parking areas less than 200 meters from the apartment and the theater and library are less than a minute walk away.

Excellent accueil et excellente communication avec la propriétaire.L'appartement est parfaitement situé, à proximité de la plage, des rues piétonnes (sans le bruit), des halles, des supérettes et des parkings.Pour les futurs locataires, je précise quelque chose qui n'est pas forcément expliqué dans l'annonce : l'appartement se trouve au 2ème étage et la terrasse au 3ème étage (et non pas tout au même étage comme nous l'avions cru).La climatisation est présente uniquement dans la pièce principale. Les ventilateurs (qui sont fournis) sont les bienvenus dans les 3 chambres.Nous avons passé 10 jours parfaits dans cet appartement.

Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas des commerces et rues piétonnes. Appartement très calme situé au deuxième étage. La troisième chambre est très petite mais avec double couchage.
