Another great holiday in Roses, we chose this apartment as it was close to the beach, had access to a private pool with a sea view. Both of these were a big benefit to the holiday. The apartment is a 30 minute walk away from the main town so be prepared to enjoy stunning evening walks along the front if that’s your thing. The choice of restaurants in the local area are vast and we enjoyed the restaurant attached to our apartment block in the best. The interior of the apartment is clean and has every amenity you could need, there is a huge fan in the main bedroom to help keep you cool but the apartment would benefit from aircon in the high season. In summary a great apartment with access to loads of amenities locally. Thank you for looking after us

Alles super, wir kommen gerne wieder!!!Da wir vor zwei Jahren schon einmal in einem Appartement in diesem Haus waren kannten wir die Gegend bereits.Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand. Super Ausstattung incl. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd uvm.Die Wohnung ist sehr hell durch die große Glasfront.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung ust super, es ist alles Fuss zu erreichen. In der Wohnung war alles was man braucht, super ausgestattet und noch dazu sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Bien mais attention 1 seule vraie chambre

Emplacement idéal pour des vacances avec tout sur place sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Appartement propre et bien équipé mais attention je considère plus l’apartement comme un f2 et non un f3 comme indiqué, la deuxième chambre est en fait une extension du salon caché uniquement par des rideaux, nous comptions faire dormir nos enfant ici mais dans ce cas impossible pour nous de profiter du salon de la tv nous avons donc du leur laisser la chambre parentale et dormir dans les lits superposés, pour notre utilisation nous avons été un peu déçus mais cela peut peut être convenir à d’autres. De même pour le balcon qui n’en ai pas vraiment un mais plutôt une extension du salon, il n’y a pas de porte vitrée c’est vraiment la même pièce. Les photos sont très belles mais je trouve qu’elles ne correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité. Mis à part ça, communication très facile avec les hôtes et pour la réception des clés ( clés un peu capricieuse elles ne marchent pas à tous les coups), piscine et partie communes propres. Appartement bien insonorisé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Séjour Parfait

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce logement, juste après la rénovation du bâtiment. En tous points conforme à la description, chaleureux, très propre, belle déco, très bonne literie, jolie vaisselle non dépareillée (ce qui est rare dans les locations), il ne manque rien... à part peut-être des bains de soleil. L'emplacement est super, grande promenade piétonnière face à la mer et la plage, 2 super restos au pied de l'immeuble. Quartier de Roses très très fréquenté par des Français. Le soleil le matin sur la loggia et pas besoin de clim pour l'après-midi. A savoir quand même qu'il y a un immeuble en vis à vis, mais les voilages nous protègent bien si besoin. Fin juin, nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour nous garer à proximité ou au parking de la résidence. Propriétaires très sympathiques et facilement joignables. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

A refaire !!!

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve à Roses. L'appartement est très bien décoré, très agréable à vivre et bien équipé, il ne manque rien. L'emplacement est idéal, à 2 pas de la plage et la piscine est un atout indéniable, les enfants l'ont adorée. Le seul petit bémol concerne le stationnement car il y a énormément de monde mais avec le temps on arrive à trouver des astuces. On reviendra avec plaisir 😊

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in der Wohnung. Direkt am schönen Strand und am Pool. Alles was man benötigt ist in der direkten Umgebung. Wunderbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bel appartement bien situé

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été surpris par le ménage qui n'a pas été fait correctement. De manière générale, ça ne se voit pas, car le sol est propre, mais lorsqu'on regarde l'intérieur des placards, il y a du sable, de la poussière, des restes entamés, des minous sous les lits, des ustensiles gras, etc... Bref, c'est la femme de ménage qui n'a pas fait correctement son travail, c'est dommage. En dehors de ça, l'appartement est grand, agréable, bien situé, avec vue sur la mer. Avec soleil le matin jusque 12h30, et ombre l'après midi (c'est vraiment un avantage). Proche des commerces, restaurants, et surtout de la plage. La douche est grande est vraiment très agréable. Présence d'une machine à laver (utile). Lave vaisselle (très utile). Joli déco, on voit que l'appartement a eté bien rénové, contrairement à d'autres du même immeuble. Le problème à Santa Margarita, c'est le stationnement, mais c'est connu, ça fait des années que ça dure. Une fois garé, il ne faut plus bouger pendant tout le séjour. Pour avoir fait plusieurs appartements du même lot d'immeubles, celui ci est vraiment très bien.

Top-Lage und sehr hübsches Apartment

Das Apartment befindet sich in sehr schöner Lage direkt am Meer und verfügt über eine tolle Aussicht auf die Promenade und den Strand. Die Parksituation ist schwierig, aber händelbar. Das Apartment wird allen Anforderungen an einen Familienurlaub gerecht, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber! Wir bedanken uns herzlich für eine sehr erholsame Woche!!

Nette Ferienwohnung mit direkter Strandnähe

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und die zusätzlichen Betten sind in einer Nische über das Wohn-/Esszimmer erreichbar. Sehr sauber. Einziger Nachteil ist die Parkplatzsituation. Aber ca. 400 m entfernt sind am Kanal genügend Parktplätze vorhanden.

Très bon séjour en Catalogne

Appartement et prestations conformes à l'annonce, très bien situé, très bien équipé et surtout très bien orienté, en effet, pour avoir déja séjourné dans un appartement donnant de l'autre coté de l'immeuble, il est très difficile de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse et de la vue. Ici, le soleil donne le matin sur l'appartement, ce qui permet de pouvoir profiter de la vue et de l'appartement l'après-midi et le début de soirée sans problème. Les volets électriques permettent de se protéger du soleil au matin. Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire également. Endroit vivement recommandé.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description. Il est très propre et lumineux. Il est également bien situé. Tout est accessible à pied (place, commerces...). La résidence est très propre. Enfin, la propriétaire est très sympa. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Sehr schönes Appartement direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Fotos geben das auch schön wieder. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett, zur Agentur vor Ort auch. 2 Ventilatoren vorhanden, ausreichend bei sehr warmen Wetter. Der Ausblick war genial, Poolbereich sehr sauber und gepflegt.
