The many outdoor spaces, with panoramic balconies, terraces, porches, swimming pool and garden of rose bushes and fruit trees, invite us to enjoy and participate in this surrounding beauty..

Located in the heart of the Upper Douro Winemaking region, Mendiz's House is a rustic-style Mansion House dating back to 1780.
The House comprises five suites with a high level of comfort and privacy. It has an outdoor swimming pool, a living room, a dining room, a music and reading room, a games room with a pool table, a fitted kitchen, two fireplaces, Internet, a TV set with Cable TV and a DVD player. It also has an office with a sofa bed.
Perfectly in tune with the cultural and architectural tone of the region, it provides an absolutely amazing landscape setting. The many outdoor spaces with panoramic verandas, terraces, porches, swimming pool and rose garden, loquats and orange trees invite us to enjoy and make the most of this surrounding beauty.
