The 40 sqm apartment, inside the Terrata Village, has a living room (with hot / cold heat pump) with kitchen (with oven) and sofa bed (2 single beds 90x190), bathroom (with walk-in shower and washing machine) and double bedroom. It has large outdoor spaces, a very large veranda (about 25 square meters), a courtyard with outdoor shower and cinnamon and a small garden. Large green spaces are available immediately outside the apartment.
Inside the village there is a restaurant already active since April (White Millionaire).
After a walk of about 10 minutes (800 meters Google Maps) you reach the first of three beaches including the beautiful Sos Aranzos.
The village in the splendid gulf that hosts Tavolara, at the center of a wide choice of beaches and tourist centers where numerous services and shopping centers are available:

- 7 Km from Golfo Aranci
- 10 Km from Olbia
- 32 Km from Porto Cervo
- 66 Km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and from the Maddalena archipelago
- 44 Km from San Teodoro
The apartment is rented without linen service and for a minimum duration of 6 days.
