T2- duplex, large terrace - in a small residence in St AYGULF
Very nice apartment, in a small gated community with numbered outside parking, independent entrance and large terrace overlooking a small garden.
It consists on the ground floor of a large living room, a kitchen, a large laundry room and toilet. On the 1st floor we find an air-conditioned room overlooking a solarium and a bathroom with WC.
The rental is ideally located near the sandy beaches or coves and not far from the shops.
St Aygulf will seduce you with its Provencal market twice a week, its many restaurants, coastal paths and beaches. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike on the many bike paths.
Halfway between Cannes and St Tropez, near Fréjus, St Raphaël and Ste Maxime it is the ideal station to discover the Var.
In addition to water activities (kitesurf, scooter sea) do not miss the hiking in the Esterel and walks near the ponds of Villepey.
Several amusement parks are nearby, Aqualand, LunaPark and also a karting.
