Lovely complex and fantastic pool

We had a lovely week in this bijou apartment! The pool was the highlight, particularly for our 6 year old daughter. Beautiful views, the occasional wild pig and close to the beaches and shops - it was the relaxing holiday we all needed. Thank you!

Tré bon séjour, location qui me paraissait un peu juste pour une famille de 4 en arrivant mais qui en réalité a trés bien répondu à notre besoin, Madame Huin la propriétaire s'est toujours montré très à l'écoute et très réactive en cas de questionnements de ma part. Il y a tout sur place en terme de confort, je recommande.

Déçu dès l’arrivée sur place avec un salon de jardin non installé ni même nettoyé depuis des mois, une table de salon de jardin avec les pieds tordus.À l’intérieur, pas de wi-fi, simplement une petite borne qui n'emettait que très très peu, contrairement à ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce .Sous l’évier de la cuisine et sous l’évier de la salle de bain, les siphons rafistolés au scotch et qui fuyaient, avec une odeur nauséabonde et du moisi, moisissure des joints de salle de bain, des joints du plan de travail, de la cuisine, mitigeur de la salle de bain rouillé. Ainsi que de la poussière sur les cintres de la penderie qui prouve que le bien n'est ni habité ni entretenu régulièrement.C’est dommage, car nous connaissions l’emplacement de cette résidence où nous avons séjourné l’été dernier et sans aucun souci dans un appartement très bien entretenu a 2 pas de celui-ci. Le tout n’est pas simplement d’encaisser les loyers, mais bien de s’occuper de son bien, sans faire confiance à diverses personnes qui ne font pas les choses nécessaires pour accueillir les clients dans de bonnes conditions et tout cela sans avoir un taux d’exigence élevé, simplement être accueilli dans un appartement sain.Les photos ne correspondent malheureusement pas au bien indiqué dans l’annonce. Nous navons pas eu de retour de la part de la propriétaire suite a nos requêtes et aucun signe depuis notre départ.... Nous ne viendrons pas dans cet appartement.

Kleines Apartment mit Traumpool

Das Apartment ist klein, aber sehr funktional eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben - die Klimaanlage im Wohn-Essbereich strahlt ausreichend in die Schlafzimmer. Der zum Apartment gehörende Außenbereich ist perfekt um laue Sommerabende zu genießen.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

- der Platz in der Wohnung ist gut genutzt - sehr schön eingerichtet - Wohnung liegt in der Ferienwohnung -Anlage relativ versteckt, daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr, wenn man draußen Frühstück (Katzen und liebe Wildschweine kommen immer mal vorbei)

Nous étions 5 adultes, logement petit mais très fonctionnel, cadre charmant et reposant et une belle vue sur la colline d'en face. 2 petites terrasses sympas pour déjeuner et superbe piscine avec vue mer. Propriétaire très réactive, conciliante et à l'écoute.

Geweldig uitzicht!

Geweldig uitzicht dst bij het zwembad nog beter wordt. Klein appartement, maar alles was er. Je bent snel bij het strand, in Saint-Maxime en Saint-Tropez. Geen overlast van het zwembad ondanks deze slechts op 1 minuut afstand ligt. Ideaal met parkeren.

Einfache Unterkunft mit schönem Pool

Die Unterkunft ist einfach. Vermutlich waren wir die ersten Gäste in diesem Jahr und haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Jedenfalls wurde uns der WLAN-Router per Post zugeschickt und der Pool war erst in der zweiten Woche geöffnet. Dann war der Pool allerdings traumhaft. Ungeschickt fanden wir, dass man wegen der Hanglage immer das Auto benötigt hat, also auch zum nächsten Bäcker knapp 10 min. Und das Stockbett steht in einem Zimmer, aus dem die die Türen ins Bad und zur Toilette abgehen….

Séjour agréable

Appartement au calme, même si il est proche de la piscine. Piscine bien entretenue, toujours propre. Appartement propre, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Propriétaire très disponible. Nous ne regrettons pas de l'avoir loué.

Heerlijk appartement

Op een paar minuten afstand lopen van het heerlijk grote zwembad met uitzicht op zee is het appartement van Emma heel fijn om te verblijven. Het huisje was netjes en de keuken was compleet. Ook de badkamer had een fijne grootte. We hebben het heel fijn gehad.

Grande piscine mais attention aux horaires 10h 18h 30! Maisonnette dans les hauteurs des issambres au calme avec vue mer de la terrasse de la piscine. Petit bémol sur l agencement il faut passer par la chambre des enfants pour aller à la salle de bain et wc. Propriétaire réactive dans la réponse aux questions...

Mooie locatie

De locatie van de woning is uitstekend, het zwembad perfect en lekker kortbij. Het huis is klein maar proper. De badkamer, meer bepaald de douche is ondermaats. De (stapel)bedden bleken iets te klein voor onze kinderen van 11 en 14 maar gelukkig was er ook een zetelbed. Al bij al hebben we een hele fijne vakantie gehad in een prachtige regio waar voldoende te bezoeken is!

Leuk huisje, mooie en rustige ligging

Het huisje heeft een mooie ligging met een rustig tuintje. Er is zowel een lekker overdekt terras als een zonnig plekje waar je heerlijk buiten kunt zitten. Vanaf de tuin en het zwembad heb je een prachtig uitzicht over zee. Het huisje ligt vlakbij het zwembad, wat heel fijn is. Je loopt er zo naar toe, maar ondervindt geen geluidshinder van het zwembad. Het zwembad is lekker ruim. Het huisje is niet heel groot, maar het is schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Vanaf het huisje zijn er leuke uitstapjes te maken met de auto naar dorpen in de buurt. Het is ook leuk om vanaf Les Issambres met de boot naar St. Tropez te gaan. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met onze twee kinderen (8 en 5 jaar).

Appartement tout équipé et confortable, avec une terrasses bien exposée. La résidence est au calme avec la piscine vue sur mer assez proche. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, je recommande vivement !
