The layout

Relais Mamma Mia is comprised of two independent villas connected by outdoor pathways and garden areas, offering an excellent balance between privacy and shared spaces:

First Villa – Ground Floor: a spacious living area with a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom (French-size bed, 190x140 cm), and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the patio, furnished with lounging areas, an al fresco dining table and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven.

First Villa – First Floor: via a staircase, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom with shower and a light-filled living area.

Second Villa: an open-space living and dining area with a sofa bed and a kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and two bathrooms with showers, opening onto a patio with panoramic views.

Step outside into Mediterranean gardens designed for leisure and connection with nature. Cool off in the private pool, framed by sun loungers and an expansive lawn, or gather on the terraces furnished with lounging furniture and dining tables. An outdoor kitchen and barbecue area sit at the heart of the property, perfect for evenings under the stars, while gardens surrounded by olive trees and native plants offer a peaceful setting for walks or quiet moments.

Nerano Bay and Marina del Cantone: just 1.4 km away, around a 15-minute walk, with crystal-clear waters, beach clubs and excellent seaside restaurants

Massa Lubrense: around 8 km away, 15-20 minutes by car, offering local shops, restaurants and everyday services

Sorrento: approximately 16 km away, 25-30 minutes by car, with ferry connections to Capri and the Amalfi Coast

Positano: about 23 km away, 45-60 minutes by car

Amalfi: about 35 km away, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car



Due to the hillside location, renting a car is recommended and we suggest a medium-sized car for easier access, as the road and surrounding area may be less comfortable for larger vehicles or vans. Alternatively, our Concierge team can arrange private transfers, driver services and boat tours to Capri, Positano and Amalfi, departing from the nearby Marina del Cantone.

Arrival and Check-In Information

Check-in / Check-out: personal check-in between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Parking and access: private parking for multiple vehicles is available; due to the hillside location a medium-sized car is recommended.

Accessibility: the first villa is over two floors with an internal staircase, while the second villa is mainly on one level; expect some stairs between living areas and outdoor spaces.

City tax: €3 per adult per day for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.



Events and Weddings

The property hosts small private celebrations and weddings (subject to approval). All coordination is managed exclusively by the Feeling Italy Concierge team and a dedicated wedding planner.

Services: mandatory, provided entirely in-house, and quoted separately.

Services Policy

To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors.

All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners.



Parking Area and Entrance Gates Monitoring

Outdoor security cameras are installed and monitor the parking area, entrance gates, and external perimeter of the property for security purposes. No cameras are located inside the house or in any private guest areas.

Getting Around:

Due to the hillside location, renting a car is recommended for greater flexibility, and we suggest a medium-sized car for easier access. While a car offers greater independence, our Feeling Italy Concierge can also arrange private transfers and driver services throughout your stay.

For Capri, Positano and Amalfi we highly recommend private or shared boat tours, easily organized with pick-up from the villa area and departure from the nearby Marina del Cantone harbour, just a few minutes away.
