Amazing Sunsets, Boating and Gulf

Check out the beautiful sunsets over Sabine Bay and sparking lights at night from the large patio in this unit. The famous sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico can be viewed from the property or simply walk a few hundred yards for access (public access just to the right of the Holiday Inn across the street). This Property has it all- boat ramp ,rental slips , convenient launching and protected water for paddle boards, kayaks ,etc. There are numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within a short walking distance including Margaritaville just across the street. The complex boasts a fully equipped gym large sauna, huge pool, lounge area, and tennis courts. There is a comfortable king size bed in the Master and a sofa bed in the Living room.

Self check in was not smooth. Info on website was hard to find.Code to get in at night was incorrect. Sliding door-would be nice if screen door would pull closed.The description of condo said the beach was across the street, which it was, but it was fenced and private property! Too far to walk with beach gear. We drove to the beach day.The condo was nice and had a great beach view.

The code to get into the building is up to date but there is a lot of information because the building code is different from the lockbox code and the front and back door are different . I'm not sure if there's a way for me to attach a photo on the response but I have one with the screen door closed. There's a black button that you have to pull down on to get it to close all the way if you don't pull down on that button it won't engage.. Directly across the street there is a fenced area along the beach but just on the other side of the Holiday inn approximately 200 yds from our building there is a public access and I provide a cart for carrying beach chairs etc. I try to include all information with a sheet in the unit and as much as I can add to the welcome guide and little notes around the unit but if anybody has questions about operating the door where the beach access is etc I try to be available 24/7 for text or calls.. I used to attach a map of beach access points but VRBO updated their software and I'm not sure if I can still do that .Maybe I need to leave one in the unit or leave directions to the closest one.

This was our second stay at this condo this year. Nancy is very easy to work with and it is always easy to communicate with her. Her condo is clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for the week. We have stayed in various units at Sabine for the last 20 years and it’s our favorite complex. We love the amenities and we especially love the view of the bay. I would highly recommend this condo.

A very very nice stay

We stayed at Nancy’s property on Fort Pickens Road for our honeymoon in Pensacola, Florida and the property was very cleanly. It was the check in process was very easy and the overall accuracy of the listing was very nice. We really really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay here again.
