This Property has it all- boat ramp ,rental slips , convenient launching and protected water for paddle boards, kayaks ,etc. There are numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within a short walking distance including Margaritaville just across the street. The complex boasts a fully equipped gym large sauna, huge pool, lounge area, and tennis courts. There is a comfortable king size bed in the Master and a sofa bed in the Living room.
