Amazing Sunsets, Boating and Gulf

Check out the beautiful sunsets over Sabine Bay and sparking lights at night from the large patio in this unit. The famous sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico can be viewed from the property or simply walk a few hundred yards for access (public access just to the right of the Holiday Inn across the street). This Property has it all- boat ramp ,rental slips , convenient launching and protected water for paddle boards, kayaks ,etc. There are numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within a short walking distance including Margaritaville just across the street. The complex boasts a fully equipped gym large sauna, huge pool, lounge area, and tennis courts. There is a comfortable king size bed in the Master and a sofa bed in the Living room.

I have stayed at many places in Pensacola and throughout Florida, and this condo was hands down the best.Nancy was fantastic to work with and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The condo was exceptionally well-stocked, and we never found ourselves needing a thing.The highlight of the trip was sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins and other wildlife. It was such a peaceful and unforgettable experience. After staying here, I don't think I'll ever choose the gulf side again!Thanks again Nancy!

We have stayed in various units in Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club for the past 20 years or so, but this condo is by far our favorite. We’ve booked it several times because it meets all our expectations for the perfect stay at Pensacola Beach. The condo is very clean and well stocked with everything we need for a relaxing vacation. We love the location and the serene view from the balcony. It’s within walking distance to the beach and various restaurants and shops. Nancy is a pleasure to work with. She keeps us informed every step of the process and is very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this property.

Long Weekend

This property was perfect for us. Loved the location, proximity to beach access, pool, workout room and sauna. Nancy has everything you would need for your stay, whether it's eating in or heading to the beach for the day.
